What should I say about this branch? The operator is never attentive. Lots of problem. Cashier - Cashless Payment modes always an issue. Always can't use the QR or even any cashless mode. Luckily each time I would have sufficient cash on me. When get to the counter to make payment they will inform "the system not functioning so we need to collect cash". Orange Juice Machine - it frequents breakdown. Either it is not dispensing sufficient orange juice or too much water until it is so blend it is just like drinking water. Using the drive-thru, what do you expect me to do when it is not what I ordered. Usually just "forget about it" cos so much trouble to make complaint. Even made complaint on their customer care site, there is never response. Corrugated drink holders - use some common sense please when come to this. It is a drive-thru hence MCD needs to ensure the safety of placements of the drink cups. When have 4 tall large cups in a corrugated holders - it doesn't hold well especially when the drinks are cold. The holders melt like ice and soften. this wont hold. each time I have to force the packers to double it. FORCE! Goodness! Paper bags packaging - another big problem. Placed all orders in a paper bag that never holds. the moment reach home from the MCD Drive-Thru, the handle of the paper bag falls apart. I am not sure how McD teaches the packers to understand the weight that each type of paper bag can support. Today, ordered 4xsmall porridge, 1set of double cheeseburger with large orange juice and a 9-PC nugget. Will your largest paper bag holds all these items?? Let me tell you, it doesn't. Everything fell apart cos the handle cannot support the weight. Traffic havoc for the Drive-Thru - Another headache especially during peak hours . Especially for vehicles turning cross-traffic from Jalan Klang Lama. Vehicles just force their way across and block the on-coming traffic outgoing to Jalan Klang Lama. On top of that, queuing to turn across, builds traffic blocking the traffic coming into Taman United. Why dont have only 1 drive-in queue instead of allowing multiple queues which will cause traffic congestion due to McD Drive-Thru.

The mix up with the eggs is a small issue, after all we technically received a free upgrade, but we are extremely upset after receiving fries instead of hashbrowns. Called to ask regarding the mix up, and the staff told me they were out of hashbrowns so they replaced it with fries. How can you just replace items in our order without asking us first. And after telling us hashbrowns were out of stock, they then replaced our order that came with hashbrowns. They miraculously received a new shipping of hashbrowns in the 15 minutes between our call and the arrival of our replacement food. Lastly, all 3 coffees came without sugar and creamer. Would rate lower if they hadn't replaced our order quickly.
This McDonald's in Pearl Point Shopping Mall always very slow in taking orders and preparing food. Also many times have illegal car parking blocking customers. Today I went to drive thru at 950am to queue, there were 3 cars ahead of me, by 10am they change the mcd breakfast menu to lunch menu, the next second I asked the waiter who took orders , she mentioned nothing was left just within 1min. I queued in a fast food restaurant, they were taking their own sweet time to order and deliver food. It took me 10-15min to drive in take orders and since the breakfast no longer available then I said I do not want to buy, I still have to wait 15-20min in the queue to let those cars In front of me to get their food only able to get out of there.
The problem was the red car is the manager car who parked there and blocking those who can just go if do not want to buy. I asked the waitress and she kept saying is the manager who parked there.
It happened between 950am to 1015am, this is not the first time this McDonalds drive thru service is extremely slow, always go into the queue need to take about at least 20-30min to get out of there. Seriously why can the manager able to park there illegally to block...
