McDonald's Jalan Tun Razak DT — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Today, I visited the McDonald’s outlet at Jalan Tun Razak DT and had a profoundly disappointing experience. I ordered an iced chocolate, which was absolutely horrible. It tasted like sewage water. I’ve had iced chocolate at many other McDonald’s outlets, but this was something else entirely.

This alarming discrepancy in quality suggests that either the staff here don’t know how to prepare it properly, or they simply don’t care about what they are serving to customers. It’s unacceptable for a global brand like McDonald’s to have such a severe drop in standards.

Given this experience, I strongly urge others to avoid this McDonald’s outlet. There are many other places where you can get better service and quality. Save yourself the disappointment and choose a different location. This visit was a total letdown and I won’t...

McDonald's usually have limited parking but in here more limited because there's only 4 parking inside the premises. You can park outside at your own risk. Double story and have a good view around around KL if you have your meal upstairs. Besides Petronas and klinik kesihatan it's easy to find.

Disappointing McDonald's Experience

I'm usually a loyal fan of McDonald's, but my recent visit was a major letdown. I wish I had checked the reviews before going. While the service was good and the food was served quickly and fresh, the quality of the burger was a different story.

Food Safety Issue: Unfortunately, the burger didn't agree with us, and we ended up getting stomach aches and falling sick. It seemed like the problem was with either the meat or the pickles. Lack of Flavor: The burger also lacked the signature flavor that I've come to expect from McDonald's.
