I recently had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald's in Sunway Velocity. After ordering from the kiosk, I didn't receive a receipt, so I approached a staff member for help. Instead of assisting me, the staff member hid in the kitchen and never came back out. I then asked a male staff member in a purple shirt for help, but he was equally unhelpful.
Luckily, I had chosen table service, so my food was eventually brought to my table by the same purple-shirted staff member. However, the table I was seated at was unstable and shaking. As a result, when my food arrived, my Coke had already spilled over due to the unstable table. The staff didn’t seem to care about the poor condition of the table either.
When the staff member delivered my food, he asked me to leave a review on the McDonald's app. I mentioned that I still hadn't received my receipt, and his response was, "But you’ve already gotten your meal, right?" I insisted on getting my receipt, but he claimed they couldn't print one anymore, which is hard to believe since receipts can easily be reprinted.
What bothered me even more was that the same staff member then pressured me to leave a positive review, asking for high ratings across all sections, despite my dissatisfaction with the service. Essentially, he was asking me to leave a fake review.
This was, by far, the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. A word of caution: if you're planning an event and need receipts for reimbursement, avoid this location as they may refuse to give you a receipt. Very disappointing service, and I definitely don’t recommend McDonald's for any events given how unreliable...

The order announcement board does not seem to be working cause no numbers are announced, the people didn't call the numbers after long time and so much more. and today it seems to have more than usual personals in the kitchen where there are few people in the same counter and only one or two of them are actually doing something. I think I am just unlucky that I met the training day or something but because of that I am super unhappy and I let it out at a random worker asking whether we have the mcd app when we finally got our order after standing for quite long, like, I just want to eat at the moment cause I am getting super annoyed but I didn't scold people I probably just look scary. This is not what I expected when I step in the store, I was expecting usual performance and I hope this is just an one time bad...

Waited until 8:20pm, McDonalds Sunway Velocity called me saying its out for delivery. 10 minutes later, I went down to get the food. Waited 20 minutes more, driver reached, with a spilled mushy coke cup and some cold cold items in the crushed bag. Nevermind, decided to do complaint.
Contacted McDonalds Sunway Velocity, they directed me to FOODPANDA for the complaint? They denied their responsibility regarding the food’s freshness, temperature, and the delivery speed, saying its not their fault for the slow delivery, when I literally ordered through MCDELIVERY?????? Bruh
2-hour wait for some spilled and warm Coke and some room temperature fries, plus smashed burgers and wraps. What a night. Great job McD...
