Pros great ventilation with a big vent above to suck in smoke and oil delicious miso soup (choice of seafood, beef or chicken) served as paper steamboat - still wondering what paper that was, which didn't burn at the bottom under the fire nor turn soggy with the soup ox tongue (not the supreme one) was delightfully chewy without any marinade, only lemon juice the metal tray is consistently changed so you're grilling meat on clean trays most of the time which is something that's quite rare so this is commendable
Cons butter enoki mushroom came with onions and way too much water at the bottom. The taste is super diluted and can only taste onion, no other taste. Totally not worth paying RM17 for the portion and the taste. Don't bother ordering this. butter cabbage came with the same amount of water at the bottom of the tray. Cabbages and mushrooms actually produces water so there's no need for so much water to "cook". I poured away a lot of the water before cooking it on the charcoal pit. supreme harami ox short rib came with a super sweet marinade which spoiled the eating experience as you don't get to enjoy the taste of the meat on its own. It's a waste of a premium cut. tenderloin cubes came quite frozen and without knowing, placed it on to grill but the insides were still cold even after the outside is almost charred. Perhaps they should have defrosted it? It wasn't a pleasant experience eating beef that's hot and cooked on the outside but cold and frozen once you bite into it.

However, the fish is slight charred (for me, it is considered as over-cook as charred items is not good for health, carcinogenic).
While I was half day finished the fish, the waiter only come and ask me whether I want the special dipping sauce which I wasn't aware of (first time I dine here). This dipping sauce completed the whole meal! Why wasnt offered one to be begin with! I have half way eating the fish, u only offered the special dipping sauce?
I expecting more from a restaurant with more than 4.5 star.
Apart from food, others I'm not satisfied with it. Otherwise I only granted a 2 stars if it wasn't for the food.
Environment wise, I suggest owner to install a separate exhaust as the whole area is quite congested with the oily...
