I recently had the pleasure of dining at Namaste India, and it was an absolute treat for the senses. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance created a warm and inviting atmosphere, setting the stage for a memorable culinary journey.

The staff at Namaste India deserves special mention for their exceptional politeness and attentiveness. Their commitment to ensuring a pleasant dining experience was evident throughout my visit, adding a personal touch to the evening.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the food! Every dish was a masterpiece, showcasing a perfect blend of flavors and creativity. The Dahi Puri was a burst of freshness, the Manchurian Idli a unique fusion that delighted my taste buds, and the Fried Idli brought a delightful crispiness. The highlight, however, was the Jalebi Rabri, an indulgent dessert that left me craving for more.

To top it off, the Pan provided a perfect ending, leaving a lingering taste that sealed the evening with satisfaction.

It's a quaint place with a cosy & lovely deco transporting you to India. If one looks closely, there's also a wooden Indian rickshaw & lorry, the ones seen on the streets in India.

Went for the weekend special - Rajasthani Thali. The mirchi vada was well done...chillies stuffed with paneer, wrapped in potatoes & coated with a thin chick peas batter & gloriously fried, resulting in a crisp exterior

The masala lacha paratha was cooked well & was good even on its own. The accompaniments of gatte ke sabji & sev tamatar veg were perfect. Those wanting it spicy, to top it with the garlic chutney & fried chillies. The kalakand was lovely to cleanse the pallete.

Pre-order was the Dhall Bhati Curma, a traditional Rajasthani cuisine. The bathi was soft & moist, the dhall was well seasoned & to spice up, add the garlic chilli & fried chillies to taste. The churma was served warm & mildly sweet with flavours of Saffron & cardamom and garnished with slivered almonds.
