Wonderful place to go for anyone who is looking for a vegetarian/vegan friendly restaurant to indulge in. First thing you'll notice is the staff, friendly, warming and welcoming, and they were doing their best to make sure the customer's needs were met. The time it took for the food to reach my table was about 10 to 15 mins, which is pretty quick considering some restaurants take at least 20 mins for your food to arrive.

Now the taste and the flavour of the dishes, is really out of this world. The homemade patty in the Swiss mushroom burger was amazing, it had a bit of a smokey and meaty taste to it while having NO MEAT, sure it may not feel like real meat in terms of texture but it does seal the deal with the taste. The buttermilk pasta has a homey feeling to it, like a lazy Sunday evening with no motivation to go out and you whip up something delicious and satisfying. It gave me that kind of feeling, pasta's texture was on point as well, not so soft and not too chewy to give your mouth that experience of chewing till you get full, or in other words al dente.

And arguably the most popular desert they have there, silky tofu decadence. For those who doesn't like tofu, give it a try. Because you won't and can't find that tofu taste, but you will get a soft and creamy chocolatey taste that feels almost like ice cream. This truly hits the spot right after a hearty meal. For those who have a sweet tooth, this is definitely a must try and your impressions of tofu will be changed to this beautiful creation.

Having dinner here for my birthday, but everything caught me by surprise, easily the top 3 restaurant i visited before in comparison not only to vegetarian restaurants but in general overall!

Services by the crew; Andrew is very friendly yet professional, from recommending best foods up to even asking us whether are we hot as he walk from the cashier side to our dining side and notice the temperature difference (very detailed).

While for the food, every dishes shine in their own way, leaving me mesmerizing by the presentation and most important its taste!!

1. Bang bang buffalo cauliflower - light battered cauliflower with bombastic sauce

2. shroomy zoomy bread bowl - the godlike thick texture of mushroom soup yet it so delicious without feeling 'jelak', might option for the another type of presentation next round

3. savor signature sarawak laksa - the soup flavor is remarkable and easily KO-ed those that is not vegetarian type...good portion, fresh and unique ingredients as well

4. lasagna neapolitana - it takes some time to prepare which mean that they bake it fresh, a little bit heavy for me as I had alot of foods before having to try this, overall everything come cohesively with its cheese, tomato sauce and other ingredients.

5. mango peach pie with ice cream - damn boy...never thought that their dessert taste so good as well LOL...delightable ice cream, fresh mango and cream...perfect combination

Definitely will revisit them very soon! Many more to try and explore, for eg their dim sum and etc! Come here and have a try, you will thank me later ;) my first long winded review but i feel there is a need for this restaurant, earning my respect and wow my taste bud on their foods...

I would say the poor rating is mainly attributable to the service and ordering process. Firstly, merchant really needs to look into enabling customers to review their orders to avoid any dispute over prices and wrong orders. This feature sadly has not been made available.

My bad experience was from the invoicing stage. If not for that i was ordering for my office event which was near to the date of the incident, i would have just canceled my order. Incident happened last month when i was billed an extra 3% for my order. When i questioned customer service for this, i was advised it was a surcharge for credit card payment. This was unacceptable and i went to the extent of showing evidence that i was not charged such additional fee for my previous order. Customer service had only unwillingly agreed to remove the surchage from my order, but insisted that i will be charged 3% for credit card payment for future orders. This was really frustrating and i had remind the customer service that they can be reported for charging such credit card surcharge. It was only until then that Customer service was willing to apologize.

I was hoping that this was only a one-off experience but unfortunately my friend had encountered issues with his order recently.

Food wise, i gather most items are good but they are some exceptions. Perhaps to also mind the temperature of the food, as they were not really warm when we received. Not sure if it has to do with the 3rd party delivery made...
