Murray's Smoothies - The Campus Ampang — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

The smoothies are absolutely delicious and fresh.

I do wish the service person were more proactive in assisting as I was struggling to remember a drink I wanted and had to figure it out myself.

Atmosphere-wise, it's well lit and they play good music. But a couple things I'd wish they spruced up:

1. Their order announcement system: it's just obnoxiously loud when the system called out the order number. Surely there's a better way. Even individual hand held buzzers that bubble tea shops use would be preferable.

2. The indoor seating right in the middle. Right now it's this cylindrical block with some decor of plastic fruits and veg in the middle which doesn't add much to the atmosphere. And the seating is divided by small cushions. It's alright. There's nothing explicitly wrong with it; but given the limited indoor space, I do feel they could have put more thought into their furniture to make the most...

Google review means something. I noticed there is a lot of bad reviews and not sure if the management is taking action towards this.

I had a bad experience as well, I ordered their peanut butter, strawberry with cereal smoothie and paid RM 18 for it. Honestly, the smoothie tasted more like ice. I could not taste the cereal and barely the strawberry in the smoothie. It tasted like crushed ice with tasteless milk. Very disappointing and I expected the smoothie to be feeling but it was no where close to it.

The avocado they put in my bagel was mostly brown, had an awful texture and tasted sour! I thought the staff would know what a rotten avocado looks like, but I guess not. I don’t usually give bad reviews but this was extremely disappointing and completely ruined...
