Very bad experience. Upon ordering in the counter, I was told most of the items I wanted to order are unavailable.
After payment, cashier informed that the Lomaigai need 10 minutes to heat. But end up I’ve been there waiting 30minutes. I supposed they made the Lomaigai from scratch, is it ? The dine in crowd were only 1/5 tables occupied, and only 2-3 food deliveries waited out there with me.
While I was waiting to collect my orders, I look into the receipt, only to find out they 【 charged RM 0.80 for take away packaging 】. I ordered 4 tarts + 1 kopi + 1 Lomaigai, they charged me 【2 X RM 0.80 = RM 1.60. 】
I know, you must think that this RM 1.60 were for a nice tarts take away box, macam those gift box, right ? Or at least a “plastic sushi box” (like those we used to collect hand picked sushi in AEON) for the tarts. NO ! They packed the fragile tarts in paper bags ! So this RM 1.60 I paid for 2 paper bags (small) 1 small kopi cup and 1 small box to keep Lomaigai.
The best part, this Rm 1.60 doesn’t include any cutlery ! So I supposed I eat Lomaigai with bare hand lah 🙄.
Last but not least, they never asked if I need any plastic bag before they charge RM 0.30 by default for all take away order.
Overall, this is a very unpleasant experience. I hope they will improve in the future.
The aim to impose cost for all disposable packagings was to encourage public to bring their own boxes to pack food. Not for these restaurants to earn money from the grey zone. Always ask if your customers need any...

Many reviews here are fake especially from those with only 1 review as they wanted the free complimentary egg tart after reviewing. What makes this WORSE was the review itself has to be REVIEWED by the tauke before finally been served that egg tart. So was it a bribery? Can't blame them as I took the bait also, but what I can't stand was really how AWFUL my overall experience here after giving good review for an extra egg tart.
At first glance, it is technologically capable as you can order your food via an electronic pad. But the program installed should have been programmed better. It is a big PAIN to order when it keeps deleting your in-cart food when you take your sweet time reading through everything in your menu. Let's just ignore the so-called sitting duck auto food-serving robot for this part.
Signature roasted chicken - very BAD yeah very BAD. Some more need to add $ just to get to choose which chicken part.
Steamed pork takes forever to come. Notify the waitress TWICE then only get. Thank God that steamed pork didn't come out raw.
Many times waiter(ess) pretend didn't see us or ignore our waving hands unless being stared...

I tried their mie with curry sauce. imagine the creamy curry you usually enjoy with chicken rice, but this time hugging chewy “karet” noodles. The texture, the creaminess… sooo yummmy! 🤤
Yet honestly, what pushed me to write this review wasn’t just the noodles. it was one of their staff. I don’t know if she’s the boss or just staff, but either way: AMAZING. • If she’s the boss, she’s so humble, working side by side just like the rest. • If she’s staff, she works with ownership and passion like she runs the place herself.
I watched her move so quickly yet carefully when serving my food, never losing her smile. You can feel the energy, the pride, the passion. And that’s rare.
The noodles are great. But what made my day and made me write this review, is her attitude. (I put her photo without against her privacy. So you can guess her) hahaa
Because good food fills your stomach, but good people? They warm...
