Dined in at Pasadena Burger yesterday for the very first time, as their place is very aesthetic and "Instagrammable". Was attracted to their interior as it do give an exact vibe and feel as if you're dining at a modern American burger restaurant! The first thing that I've noticed was that their service crew were very welcoming during my visit and even explained and suggested to me the best meal that I could try based on my palette preferences.
I've tried their "Spicy Crunchy Paprika Chicken Burger", and honestly, it's one of the best chicken burgers that I've tried in KL. The chicken patty is cooked fresh, and you can definitely see how fresh the veggies and other ingredients that they use for the burger too. Would definitely get this again on my next visit.
I've also tried their new Oreo Milkshake, which is honestly super good! The creaminess, the texture, and the sweetness are just well-balanced, and everyone definitely should try this as well; my personal favorite thus far.
The price range is quite reasonable as it's not too expensive, considering the fact on how serious they are in preparing the food for you to try.
Overall, they've really impressed me, not just with the aestheticness of the place, but with their burgers as well.
Will definitely return here and try out their other amazing burgers, their Wagyu Burger seems like a very must-try! Thanks for the...
Read moreWe always like coming here. It has always been alright. However, last week we came around 3:30 and while ordering were told that we had to be done and out by 4pm. I thought this was a little rude but decided to look past it. We ordered 2 dipping burgers and they came with a normal bun. The whole point of the burger being a dipping burger was that u get a muffin bun as it has better absorption. When we asked about it the staff said ‘u didnt ask for it’. I replied, ‘thats what a dipping burger is, i thought it was a muffin by default. Also you didnt offer it.’ To which she replied, ‘we are not supposed to offer. If u want it, you need to tell us. Next time make sure you tell us.’ Again I decided to look past this because they were willing to change it for us. Finally, 4pm came. We were done and were just finishing up our drinks and the same woman came up and said ‘its 4pm, we are closed, you need to leave.’ This did it for me. What happened to working in the service industry!!??? All they want is to go home! I mean yes everyone wants to go home, but show a bit of pride in your job and self!! This has left such a bad taste. I dont think ill be going back here. I know this is Malaysia and service is pretty much non existent here, but seriously? Kicking us out when we were minutes from leaving ourselves? Thats...
Read moreWhen I saw the name Pasadena California, my mind instantly jumped to The Big Bang Theory after all, that’s where the characters lived, and it gave me a good chuckle before I even stepped in. But once I did, the real highlight began: the food. I can confidently say it’s 100% worth every sen you spend. I tried their signature Pasadena cheeseburger, and it was absolutely mouthwatering juicy, flavorful, and perfectly crafted. It’s definitely a must try. I also had the Oklahoma onion cheeseburger, which was just as impressive, with crispy onions and a rich, cheesy finish. Both burgers completely lived up to the hype. Their Pasadena signature coffee was another standout it blew my mind with its bold flavor and soda combined. While the prices are on the higher side, I can honestly say you won’t regret it. The quality, taste, and presentation make it all worthwhile. The place itself is extremely clean, offering both indoor and outdoor seating options, and the overall vibe is relaxed and inviting. The staff were also friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. It’s definitely a spot I’d return to, even with the slightly...
