I brought my family to this restaurant on Mother’s Day after checking the reviews and menu online. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had.
Right from the start, we noticed that about half the items on the menu were marked as unavailable with stickers. That was already frustrating, but it got worse. When we tried to order items that weren’t marked unavailable—like the Unagi Burger, Seafood Paella, and several milk teas. (Only one milk tea option was actually available). If they had told us this upfront, we would’ve left.…
Despite just two tables being occupied, service was incredibly slow. Dishes came out one by one with long delays—my brother’s food arrived after the rest of us had already finished. It is completely unacceptable!
I expressed my dissatisfaction to the waiter, but I didn’t feel like it was taken seriously at all. This was supposed to be a special day with my family, but the poor service, limited menu, and overall experience completely ruined it for us. Definitely not...
Read moreDisappointing experience at this café. Went there for lunch, my first and also my last time. We ordered two main dishes: the first arrived after 15 minutes, but the second never came even after 45 minutes of waiting. We placed our order at 1:15 pm, and by 2:00 pm we had already finished the first dish while still waiting. Other tables were being served, so we asked the staff to check. They told us the kitchen was busy and we needed to wait longer. In the end, we had to cancel the second main dish and just take our dessert. The staff did apologize afterwards, but overall it was not a good dining experience.
On top of that, I ordered one of their signature drinks (Choco Meow). The menu / social media shows it topped with frothy milk foam shaped like a little cat’s head, but what I got was nothing like that (see attached picture). Very disappointing.
Left with a...
Read moreA cool dining cafe with decent fusion food. Love how they experiment with different cuisines by infusing those elements together in a unique interpretation. Ordered their risotto with duck confit. The rice was a little undercooked as it was grainy in texture. Taste very unique but could be stronger in terms of seasoning and spices. Duck confit was crispy but a little on the drier side, would be perfect if it could retain the moisture in flesh with crispy skin. Overall still not bad. Their signature prawn patty omurice is spot on. Rich and flavourful in every bite, no wonder it's their best seller. Will definitely...
