I hope you are doing well. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your restaurant on March 23rd. I have been a loyal customer, frequently visiting your establishment because of the high-quality food and excellent service. My regular order has always been the Penne Pink Pasta with Chicken, which I have enjoyed every time—until my last visit.
On that day, when I received my dish, I immediately noticed a burnt taste. I politely mentioned this to the staff, as I simply wanted to enjoy my meal as usual. I was not angry, as I understand that mistakes can happen. However, the response I received from the chef was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
Instead of acknowledging the issue or even checking the dish, the chef spoke to me in a sarcastic and arrogant manner. He insisted that the dish was prepared “as usual” and refused to taste it himself to verify my concern. When I calmly explained that if he continued speaking to me in such a disrespectful way, he might lose a regular customer, he rudely stated that he didn’t care.
At that point, I asked to speak with the manager, and the chef claimed that he was the manager, which I highly doubt. This experience was shocking to me, as I have never been treated this way in any restaurant before.
I am truly disappointed and, unfortunately, I will not be returning to your restaurant as long as this chef remains there. I strongly urge you to review the security footage from March 23rd or ask the waitstaff, who were aware of the issue with my dish, to confirm what happened. If this chef’s behavior is not addressed, I believe you may lose more loyal customers in the future.

Read moreMy family and I have been patronizing this restaurant for many yrs and celebrated many wonderful occasions there. However, yesterday was so bad, we promised to never go back again. Non of the waiters smiled/greated us. They behaved like we came to eat free at a soup kitchen We brought a cake - no one took it from us until we had asked multiple times Food was bland (exp for the lasagna) The table was so small i had to eat holding the small plate in my hand When we asked them to bring out the cake - he just left it at the bar counter and passed me the lighter and candles and make me do it myself. I had to carry it to my mum. My sister, dad and i sang her the song. (we have been bringing cakes to restaurants for 10 yrs and no one had treated us this way)
It was my mum's 65th birthday and we wanted it to be a memorable one. However, the whole night we regretted taking her there.
We are hence taking her out to another restaurant tonight to make it up for last night.
Sorry but you lost a loyal customer and it's really sad that I actually had to pay for service tax.

I have been to a lot of resturans over the years around the world and Romanos has to be up the top for food great non intrusive service, and a great atmosphere. I had the Sphagetti Bollinasie and my wife had the Salmon pasta.
My Bollinasie was thin pasta up lite with a sprinkle of herbs bathing in a lite oil. I was in heaven. I thought with the music in the background and soft music I was back on my Europe holiday.
My desert I had an Apple pie however it was more to me a sturdle because it had lots of stuffed rasins with the apple amzing taste.
Staff ever so helpful and not intrusive at all.
At the end of my meals the manager gave us Tirisumu desert a coffee taste creamy.
A man who I think at the time was in charge was an elderly gentleman we spoke and I told him I was doing a review on this resturant his reply was .....please sir don't tell them about only the good things but tell them about the bad things so we can learn and make things better. WOW.
