Down along the road are many other Pakistani restaurants and guest houses. It would have good to communicate with them to ask them to recommend but they don't speak English and not much BM. The food speak for themselves. Breakfast is mostly bread based either thin crust Pakistani flat bread or a thicker naan. Some may find the naan's texture thick. Both are best eaten fresh and hot and if packed to go, consume immediately and not left overnight and reheated. Tea is buffalo milk based. Biryani is offered in different styles, the familiar chicken biryani staple and two others, one of which is sweet perhaps paired with vegetable dishes. One gem is some of the buffalo bony cartilage stew perhaps unique to Balouchistan province. The other is the buttered chicken strips. Food is non spicy and certain dishes can be oily to some but the taste is definitely something unique to many of us who are familiar with Northern Indian or Punjabi cuisine.

About food: Taste normal only if you are seeking for good experience of food About the price: Is extremely high compare to other restaurants Is extremely high for the food taste and service provided The chicken size 20cents only 6-7 pieces charge for rm15, and the waiter explained with an arrogant way: this is BONELESS CHICKEN About the service: I didn't asked any smile if people who are busy with work. But at least a polite way to talk. The cashier lady just use a very arrogant way to ask: which table! Without eyes contact. Overall the food taste and service are not matching with the price they charge. If you are looking for a proper Pakistan restaurant, there are more better choices than this. The waiters, the food taste and the prices had spoilt my mood, I hope you guys can have better day by re-considering this restaurant.

A place for a no frills yet localised authentic taste of Pakistani food. The cookings are weighed toward spices than chillies. There are varietals of fragrance basmati rice to choose from, such as Qabli/Kabuli Palaw and an appetising sweet version, the Zarda. Also, a place to savour the mouthwatering Pakistan specialty, the Chapli or Peshawari Kebab aka patty of ground meat with spices ... that goes with naan or rice. Ask for a freshly cooked & hot one. Or, try their marinated Chicken Tikka, or its skewer versions. Definitely inexpensive. In fact, the whole stretch of the street you'll find a few more Pakistani food restaurant. Do try.

Today, we tried our luck one last time to find a biriyani which comes close to a traditional one. After total dissappointments at various south indian and indian fusion places, we decided to give this Pakistani place a try. We were apprehensive but the hosts were kind and explained everything. I must say their service was far better than many south indian places where they only seem to soeak or understand only Tamil.

After getting out food we settled down to our lunch. The chicken biriyani was very good and so was the fresh ade naan and the mutton curry. We also took one veggie dish which was good. We ended our meal with a mango and plain lassi which was incredibly refreshing. The final surprise was the tab. We were shocked by the bill where in south indian places we would have had to sell our valuables. The tab was about half what we normally pay. A mango lassi for $4 and a plain for $3. My chicken biriyani was $8. And yes, no freaking sales tax or service charge. They do not even charge for warm water. So why not 5 stars. I think the place needs a face lift and some better cooling, a cash register. Wirh the right ambience and servixe, this would make a killer deal. TQ. I will certainly come again. Also recommend this to everyone muslim and non...
