My first and last time eating here. The food was okay even though the tomyam was quite sweet. But let's talk about the services, shall we?
First, we arrived at 7pm sharp (we booked for 7:15pm slot) and expected the table to be ready. Turned out they needed to find a table for us. We waited for a few minutes and they gave us a table outside without the canopy. Knowing how KL has been raining every day in the evening? Heh. We asked the staff to move our table to somewhere with tempat yang ada khemah or something because we expected it would be raining (and yes, it rained) they did move us BUT THEN.
The staff moved our table kat tempat yang kena tempias hujan just because they want to give the place under the khemah yang langsung tak basah for tables of 12 people (mind you we arrived first ya). Lepastu we ate with air hujan yang jatuh dari celah bangunan tu hahaha. Ye bukannya kena hujan yang poured heavily tapi tempias je but still basah and grill daging pun dengan ada titis air hujan. Asked for the staff to move our table tapi dah takde tempat kosong jadi we just ate there lol.
Tempat grill tu pun hahaha ya allah time dah berbuka pun dorang tak kasi lagi ya. We asked a few times tapi still tak kasi to the point my friends need to go walk to the front kena tanya and mintak mintak like? Ok.
If i booked and was asked to wait for you to find a table for us to sit then what’s the purpose of booking in the first place? And please la next time jangan amik orang banyak if you know your kedai is not big kawasannya and takde khemah to protect your customers from the rain. “Maaf kak tak sangka hujan harini,” KL has been raining for a few days, as a business owner kena la expects the unexpected.
Honestly, we couldn’t even enjoy our food because we were so angry and disappointed with the service. Not to mention with the staff yang buat muka time orang tanya.
If you want to eat here then maybe after Ramadan boleh. Oh, no need to book kot sebab takde beza je dengan walk in ^^
To the business owners, please don’t be greedy by accepting too many customers at the same time. Fikir juga what would your customers feel makan bersempit sempit with people going “Excuse me,” “sorry, sorry,” “tumpang lalu,” all the time throughout the dinner.

Read moreI had a bad experience dining here. This was during Ramadhan, and we booked with a deposit in advance. We arrived and asked the front desk, before finally getting our table (which funnily enough it looked like they didn't prepared our table.) Anyway, we decided to go do our Maghrib prayer first before eating, and we informed one of the employees there about our plan. There was no one sitting at our table, guarding etc since we booked the table and there's also a paper with one of our names there, so it should be safe right? Wrong lol.
See, when we got back to our table, the table miraculously hosted other people, despite it was supposed to be our reservation. It was raining at that point, and the paper with the name was placed at a table in front, drenched with drain. We were starving and it was frustrating. We asked one of the employees about the situation, and he just looked confused. One of us then went to the front desk, and the annoying lady there told her that we should have put some of our things there to 'secure' the table or even have someone sitting there. HELLO? WHAT'S THE POINT OF BOOKING THEN! It was so unprofessional, and we eventually got a table under a canopy, which mind you was quite unstable and it was so crowded. The food was meh, the tomyam soup was an add-on with a different price btw (which we weren't informed beforehand) and it was sweet too.
After eating, we went to the counter to make the rest of our payment. The same annoying lady asked whether there were any leftovers, which there was but I butted in and said that it should not be a big issue since our table was moved without prior knowledge. She was getting agitated and even threatened to check our table, which by all means she can go do it, but she had a bad attitude. It's honestly the first place where reservation with a deposit don't matter and that even if you walk-in, you might even get a better treatment than those that booked. The workers there seem clueless and don't have proper communication among each other, and if they do, it could prevent what happened to us. Overall, I don't ever want to step foot here again and I hope that this place go down under if the management did not change...

First of all, i dont blame the workers there. but their owner tu yg greedy. I already booked the place 1 week earlier but meja ape semua takde. And the audacity utk ambil booking walaupun dh tau ramai yg booked. With all the bad reviews before, they seeems like they dont care to improve As long as duit masuk, they dont care at all. For those yg teringin nak makan situ, better cari tempat lain. Boikot je la tempat ni sbb memang tak amik kesah langsung utk improve service dgn makanan dia. About the food : the tomyam is too sweet smpi i rase mcm sup manis je ni. other food tu pun biase2 je qualiti dia. I know the price is low but ade je kedai yg sama but the quality and the service is SO MUCH BETTER.
conclusion: The owner is selfish and they dont care about their customers at all. Maybe their target customer yg baru. but definitely no loyal...
