I've been a regular customer since I live near there. I've been a big fan of Sukiya and recommended this place for yrs to Koreans offline and online. but I've realized recently the quality of food has deteriorated.
Unlike before, they served me only two trays/boxes of beef, so I asked for two more.
Turned out the two boxes of beef I got- 80% of the sliced beef was fat!
The orange drink and green tea drink tasted and smelt of 'chlorine' as if it were made of tap water!
When I complained, they served me separate orange drink (they probably made with filtered water), which was ok.
I think they should always use filtered water!! (It's not that expensive, huhu) Anyway, cuz of the drinks (I previously drank), I went to toilet 10 times due to diarrhea!! Got very sick.
Most people don't seem to know we gotta order sushi separately. (Previously, sushis were displayed.) A lof of customers just left without tasting sushi. The restaurant or staffs should inform the customers.
Though I didn't order coke, I was overcharged with (58RM) with coke, which I complained then the staff made a new receipt! So I paid 50+rm
Already 50rm is quite pricey as it's weekend and even charges me 8rm more. Nearly could have become 60rm, grr.
Hope the owner of this restaurant will see my feedback here and improve for the better. Dining experience this time was disappointing.
If this would continue, I might go to Jinsa Galbi Korean bbq buffet on the same floor at 1 Mont Kiara instead.

I went for lunch alone today and somehow it happened that a group would like to wait to sit at my table as they would like to sit together side by side with table next to mine. A big group i would say. Totally understand from their POV, but totally not a pleasant one for me who would like to get just a nice lunch all by myself. Just a thought, if you would like to get to arrange the space for your big group, maybe next time don't come during peak/lunch hour.
I noticed their staff insist saying "no, our customer just arrived" and then they be smiling like "ya ya just let her settle eat first" like zzzz you been staring and giving lil tension as if I didn't notice while I'm eating. No one at their table eating cause everyone is waiting for me to done with my lunch. Can you feeeel me?
I didn't go for dessert or drinks cause at this point im too annoyed. Went to the cashier right away and the staff keep saying sorry, and how they have mentioned many times it is not allowed. Here's why I'm saying he's incompetent. My family is close to home, so we often come here. Two weeks ago I wanted to introduce my cousins to the transplant hall, so we told them about the entrance of all seven of us, four of us arriving first,
and three of us would be there in 5minutes. The manager in a black suit said he said cannot after come when our the group arrived
