Initially it scores a 4 to 4.5 but due to the recent 2 bad experience when visiting. Staff wise ok, just the quality of food and soup serve got worse from time to time. Im getting pork slice which either totally lean meat most of the time, or sometimes I got the almost 70 to 80% fats one (this one really kinda disgusting when its in hotpot). No more those nice 3 layer pork or maybe pork shoulder like how they do last time. Soup wise, I suspect they just make the Sukiyaki soup more watery than it was, sorry but a word to the Manager who suggest this method, you are just ruining your brand instead of saving cost I would say. How many times can a customer add soup each visit? but due to their this little "smart action", I have to on the heat to the max in order to let the soup to get lesser faster in order for me to add soup for a better taste soup. After pressing the bell, it took a long time for a server to slowly approach, seemingly unwilling to guide us to a table. They provided minimal to no introduction, only asking for our soup base choice. While the meat selections were fresh and good, the vegetables were not very fresh; for instance, the corn remained hard even after boiling for half an hour. There were no hot drinks available. Staff actively avoided looking at tables or making eye contact, which meant we likely wouldn't have received broth refills for the entire 90 minutes. I chose tomato and sukishi soup base. Preferred pork belly but was not available on that day, only lean pork meat (not sure if this is permanent or temporary). Fried chicken was nicely done as well.
