Honest review - food is ok, passable but nothing to shout out for me. still taste wise different for everyone.

Staffs will greet at entrance, making you feel valued until otherwise....

Hiccups- booked for 18pax and prepared 6 tables (as in their restaurant 1 table is for 2), asked to add more as even chairs can't fit in. Waiters are responsive but only add 1 or 2 more table(can't really recall) and keep squeezing the chairs to fit in. After we tell the captain our problem, he decided changed us to 2 rows of tables which are more spacious and gladly we sat down and start ordering food. problem solved.

Food and drinks are served promptly. Set for 8-10pax for one table is more than enough but only the prawn part we can't really share(total 6 prawns)

As my kid can't handle spicy, I've order beforehand together some chicken wings and omelette. Did ask the captain 2 times earlier did he jot down our order,he say yes and it's printed in the order slip as well.

Sadly for my kid just having white rice till everyone finished their dessert..I spoke up to the captain and ask him again, "are you doing it or not? if no then just cancel. my son waiting till now."

To my horror, the answer I get is just ok. period. No apology, nothing...

I can understand it's weekend and it's the busiest time a restaurant should have, but not this kind of answer when I've asked few times and clearly it's the restaurant's fault (even patrons came in later were fully served)

Hopefully this kind of hospitality and "warm" service can sustain your business long enough in this area.

Sorry to say this experience badly effect the whole dining atmosphere and there's no next time for me.

I believe most of the 5-star reviews here come from a "Review & get free dishes promo". But sorry I'll have to rate it one star based on my experience tonight.

The Kaeng Som Cha Om we ordered has a very weird taste. Never expect it to be a bowl of sour, watery curry with strong herbs and egg in it by looking at the picture. We seriously couldn't accept the awful taste of the herbs. Tom Yum was a bit sweet though but still acceptable. Pandan chicken was bland and not crispy at all. The best dishes among all was stir fry Kailan, very generous portion given. Drinks were alright, but would be better if they offer options of hot drinks.

Also, it makes no sense for the waiters to interrupt and clear one person's plate (and also sweeping the floor!) while the others were still dining and chatting. I understand some busy restaurants might need to expedite table turnover, but the restaurant was remarkably quiet tonight, not even 30% full. As customers, all we want is to enjoy our dinner peacefully, as simple as that. Anyway, I guess the waiters were just following the instructions from management...

Will I return? Maybe nope. There are plenty of better options in this area. But I do hope the management will read my reviews and make necessary...

We were a group of seven people. I brought my friends to try the food because I’ve always thought it was delicious and worth the price. However, when I arrived first, I asked the waitress to prepare a table for 12, as the plan was initially for 12 people. Later, when my friends arrived, we decided to use a table for seven instead. I apologized to the waitress for the incorrect information, explaining that I only found out about the change when my friends arrived. We wanted to surprise one of our friends for his birthday since this restaurant is known for its nice surprise birthday announcements. However, after the dessert was served, nothing happened. We were completely shocked because we were expecting the staff to carry out the birthday surprise. Instead, we just ate dessert quietly, feeling disappointed.Additionally, the staff needs to be more attentive to customers. We noticed some of them were using their phones or chit-chatting while working, which felt unprofessional.
