I have tried their Yong Chow Fried Rice with diced prawns and barbecued chicken ( Non Veg) , Veg Fried Rice with fried bread crumbs on it t , Stir Fried Chicken with Sichuan Pepper Sauce , Deep Fried Boneless Chicken with Lychee sauce, Sweet and Sour deep fried diced Chicken fillet.
In the drinks we had their Jasmine Tea.
(1) Yong Chow Fried Rice with diced prawns and barbecued chicken - It was great. We ordered this dish for 2 days. Fried Rice was very tasty and it was perfectly prepared with required ingredients like spring onions , carrot, prawns, chicken etc. The quantity was amazing. We ordered 3 portions for 5 people.

Read moreRecently had dinner here and gotten their CNY prosperity set, disappointed with some of the food and the service could have been better.
The yee sang was average, but the ingredients could have been fresher, i.e the jellyfish, the fried salmon skin and such.
The soup was salty beyond reason, abalone was fine as well as the other ingredients for the soup but my god they must have mistaken MSG/salt for something else because the flavour was too strong in a bad way.
Poached chicken and deep fried prawn was fine, taste and texture for both was good.
The steamed tiger grouper meat felt way too tough, the quality is not up to par.
The vegetable dish was average, not too bad, but nothing to shout about.
The steamed lotus rice was abhorent, bland, and way too glutinous.
For dessert, the salted bean dumpling was just right but the mini snow skin pineapple was kinda weird with its pandan filling. The snowbirds’ nest dessert was alright.
The service was really a hit or miss, most of the staff were polite and that’s good, but the service level was not there. The pouring of wine was sloppy. The speed of dishes being served was alright at the start but then after the third course all of the food were served immediately, this is a negative and because of that the servers could not keep up with the plate changing for each course. One of the servers even changed plates when food was still not done yet.
Overall, the service can be much better even though the staff are polite. The food on the other hand is nothing special. Please improve the food quality from here on out because it’s a not...
