Big Bounce Park is one location where we able to do event and have fun bouncing at the same time. My ultimate goal to choose this place is to ensure my little princess will be entertained and have fun with her friends and families. Thank you for making the experience possible.

Service & Staff : ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Since the first day I approached Miss Syaqirah and Fatin, they both never let me down in any point. The detailed explanation and spontaneous response was something I must acknowledge here. The event was well organised, the staff were very helpful to carry my food, patiently handled my guests and kids. I was very satisfied and amazed of all the staff on duty spoke to us with a smile on their faces and friendly attitude. Customer service at this park is something remarkable.

Party Room : ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ The party room space was sufficient for my guests, however it will be great if could be renovated or create a bigger space. It was little congested at cake cutting space. The glass window view was fantastic. The entire park was under camera surveillance and felt very safe for kids to roam around.

Activity ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Bouncing is the most popular activity here. The park is highly recommended for children age group from 2 - 10 years old. I would like to recommend to have less challenging bouncing for less than 2 years. Kids are running around and plays aggressively, kindly add more safety features especially on sharp corners.

I am a very satisfied customer in overall, definitely will recommend this place to my friends and family. The entrance fees and event package are also quite affordable and reasonable. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality...

Unique experience with lots of large bouncing arcades. it is a very good alternative if your kids are bored with the normal playing grounds come during public holiday and it is very quiet the area is pretty big after playing there you and your kids will smell like socks all over your body. God knows when was the last time they cleaned them. the entry time is fixed, if you come later than the exact hours (e.g. 10am, 11am, 2pm, etc) they won't replace the minute that you missed. But, for me is fine because the price is for 3 hrs, and we got completely satisfied in just about 2 hrs. My daughter got bored and agreed to come home without any resistance :) adults will need to pay rm 10. It is not convenient for me because in many cases my wife dont know where else to go. We celebrated my daughter’s 4th birthday at the big bounce park in Avenue K and they had organised everything soo well for us.

The dining area set up was amazing and the staff (Fatin, Aliya, Hafizul and Hazwani) were all very friendly and helpful, we really appreciated that.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends for their kids parties.
