Tedboy @ Bangsar South — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I do shop more than 2x a week here for breakfast over the last 5 years. So I know this place rather well. Today I entered the store at 7:58am. Took a tray and thongs and was looking to pick one or 2 pastries for takeaway. A staff shouts across to me " We only open at 8 am. " Instantly I placed back the tray to original position and walked out the store and head to the next shop. They lost their very customer of the day over this 1-2 minutes issue. (cash register only opens at 8 am maybe). If they had told me to wait till 8 am to cash out I can relate to that . But this is telling me to stay out till 8am sort of. This is not the way to manage customers. That staff really lacks EQ. If Tedboy only wish to serve customers at exactly 8am please lock the doors. It will be very clear to...

Tedboy Express is a must-go if you are working around Bangsar South. I have been going here for more than 6 months every week. I love the pastries here especially the cinnamon roll, they are so tasty. You can find a variety of pastries and coffees here. The staffs here are also friendly and that is a really huge advantage if you go here always. I love having my early dinner or lunch here because it has a really good ambience. The seats there are really comfortable. A good place if you want to have a quick catch up with your friends. My favorite TedBoy branch! I love the employees there! Benny, Andrel and the other dude (forgot the name) are very friendly. They greet me loudly and with a smile every time I walked in, and have warm conversation with me. Always makes my day! Used to work there and this is my go-to place for meetings and getting my meals or breakfast. Today I went over to visit them, and still remember my usual tea order.
