LCLY cashier. Came here once and walked in. Cashier didn't even acknowledge us probably due to her bad mood. Asked to look at a menu to order some coffee/cookies for takeaway. The cashier responded with: "We're not a cafe" and proceeded to ignore us while minding her own business fiddling around the counter. Had to ask again as to what was available before this sorry excuse of a cashier finally said "everything available is displayed already". Excuse me but who do you think you are? Stumbled upon this little bakery tucked in the middle of a housing area, and honestly didn’t expect much at first—but I was completely wrong. The mini boules (round breads) were outstanding: soft, flavorful, and well made. Especially loved the oregano pumpkin, while the chocolate one makes a great non-savory option.

The genmaicha chiffon cake with white chocolate and pistachio was fragrant and fluffy, and the matcha babka had a lovely chew with a soft center. Overall, everything we tried was enjoyable and well crafted.

Indoor seating is limited, but there are covered outdoor tables with fans and plenty of parking, which makes it convenient. A real hidden gem...

It offers a unique baking experience with a focus on sourdough breads. While the AC was unfortunately not cold and the space felt a bit cramped, the quality of the bread was a definite highlight. I particularly enjoyed the pumpkin and olive sourdough (I'm bad with name ;)) which had a fantastic flavor and a great texture. The trip was a great way to explore the versatility of sourdough.
