There are 2 more staff/employees of this Aeon Maluri branch whom I’ve always wanted to commend but have forgotten 😅 they are both efficient, hardworking and quick in cleaning and clearing up the tables during peak hour time during lunch I noticed 👍👍👍👌🤗 They are Cik. MURNI and Asmidah 👍👌😀

This week is already my third time patronising this establishment in Aeon Maluri, my first time meeting Manager Nazri and staff Alisha👍👋😀🤗. Manager Nazri and Alisha made me feel very welcomed and they are very courteous and friendly 🤗. This branch here is still the friendliest and courteous of all the chicken rice shop. Thanks to the management for employing such wonderful employees and in addition to Atiq, Afiq, La Min, Holliver, Kanu and others, I really enjoy coming here to eat and relax👍👍👍👌🙏🤗

The best chicken rice shop for me 👍👍👍❤️🤗. The best team of staff/ employees I’ve ever met 💕👍😊. Leading this team is The Wonderful AFIQ & ATIQ, and the rest of the staff is super courteous, friendly and fast and quick in their excellent services 👍👍👍. Staff members such as Holliver, Aminah, Kafu and La Min are really the professional staff here😊🙏👍🤗. All other chicken rice shop branches should follow the example of this teamwork effort. The chicken rice and curry rice, soup is really delicious and fresh. The atmosphere and ambiance here is really good too compared to other branches. I come to patronise this particular branch establishment because of the staff and are really friendly and courteous 👍👍👍❤️🙏👌👍💕. Upon receiving my order, I was surprised to find that the portion size was severely lacking. The dish consisted of only two pathetically small pieces of dory fish and two pieces of lady's finger, which were largely submerged in the asam fish sauce. For a meal priced at RM24, this portion was completely disproportionate to the cost and standard expected from your restaurant.

When I raised this issue with a waiter, I was informed that this was the "normal protocol." Despite this response, the waiter did eventually replace the dish. However, the replacement serving was only marginally better, still containing only two pieces of fish, though they were slightly larger.

I took this set many times at various outlets including Tesco Cheras and Mid Valley but their portion were decent. Here I took twice but the same issue happened. It is totally exasperating & ludicrous.

Also to change the drink in the app, you don't have Soya Cincau & also this outlet doesn't allow you to choose your chicken part.

To the management of TCRS, you can do better than this. Please look into this improvement. No wonder this outlet has...
