Went to this outlet to celebrate CNY with Yeesang. The staff did not show us to any seat that can accommodate 6pax.
Obviously there were seats at the back section that can accommodate 6pax.
At first we were seated at a table which the staff said the iPad couldn't be used. We asked the staff if we can order manually. BUT, the staff insisted that we must order using iPad, it turns out the iPad can be turned on HAHA.
The staff rudely answered out inquiries regarding the menu too.
Staff was rude but the supervisor was quick enough to help as there was complaints from our side. Looks like the staff are not happy with their pay.
Food quality dropped, not sure why the color of the Sashimi is dull.
iPad ordering system is buggy and needs A LOT of improvement.
