Such a bad experience in this shop. I use money to redeem a nasi lemak coupon from an app. T&C did not stated need to inform staff before ordering, just need to DINE IN. Most of my friends also used this voucher, they only show the staff when they PAID, then the staff will do the remaining procedures, they DID NOT faced any issue. However, when I show my coupon to the cashier at the counter, she said CAN'T use😂 She said need to inform earlier before I order, and ask me to pay original price. Therefore, I can't use the voucher that I purchased. The chicken was in red, hard to eat, I didn't even finish it. Unfortunately I did not capture it. It was such a poor experience, I DID NOT want to waste my time to argue with the cashier, and I leave and paid for this shit food. Common sense, if an order has already been placed, it is logical that the system should allow modifications. However, the staff DO NOT ALLOW, PAPARICH should offer alternative solutions, such as canceling and reordering or contacting customer support for assistance to avoid this...

The spot for authentic Malaysian comfort food. My recent visit was highlighted by their "Wan Dan Hor" – a dish that was nothing short of delicious. The stir-fried rice noodles with prawns, chicken slices & fish cake, coated in a savory egg gravy, delivered that perfect balance of silky texture and robust flavor, making it a truly satisfying meal. My only minor quibble was that the portion size felt a little on the smaller side. Hope they could improve on this. Slightly more won't hurt.

Visited here for few times and love the all day breakfast & curry puff set, very very nice that you must try!! And great deal too. The bread is so soft, and the curry puff is really freshly made that it’s still hot when served. The staff here are really nice esp there is a male who wear in green shirt who can speak English well. Will come often and try more of their other food. Keep it up with you guys’ good service. Meanwhile you can also download the app to place order, however, some of the new / promotional items you may need to ask the staff to manually...
