I order through ZUS app at 2pm which is not peak hours and end up 4pm I have to contact them myself to ask where is my coffee due to not received yet... Then only they check is because of lalamove rider issue, somemore the rider call me to cancel and the lalamove order not press by me!!! My location just located at sunway velocity which is just opposite only!!! Then another recovery order press and took another hour!!! Wasting my time and no more follow up after that! What an awful experience!!! You still want to drink the coffee at 5pm which almost end of work?! Order a coffee and waited for 3hours... Lolz... Ordered All day Brownies frappe, Pink lemonade and Cheese creme strawberry frappe. Doesn't taste so good..for All Day Brownies frappe expected more brownies chunks, unfortunately tasted the brownies only like about 5% brownie chunks of the drink, not sure why. Cheese creme strawberry tasted okay, not bad. Pink lemonade tasted like sprite + sugar syrup only, nothing special and not worth for the price.
