Just dine in to this restaurant yesterday with my friends, food really tasty and clean. BUT cashier failed his services. Dude simply combine our bills and don't even bother to ask us if we want to do separate payments. Hello ? Service tax i pay but you sit at cashier pun cannot do ur work ah ? Your retail transaction is not your customers problem, we as customers just come sit eat n pay only. U lucky because i oso work at retail shop before so i know how to handle separation payment transaction, if other customers how ? Service was absolutely atrocious. The Chinese lady who took my order was extremely rude. Asked her questions about the menu - not answering at all but instead was condescending. Apparently she is the manager! The bad service didn't stop with her - the rest of the staff were equally rude. How long does it take to refill a glass of tea or to get a customer serviettes? At this place, with these staff, it will take 15 minutes. Asked again, and they will show you their palm and tell you to wait but actually never bother to get back. I visited on 5/3/2025 and ordered the Mubarak Set, which included chicken teppanyaki and cheese rice, two side dishes and a drink. The service was good as the staff was friendly. However, the food was terrible. The portion of chicken was smaller than the rice and it had a burnt smell and taste, making it inedible. I ended up only finishing the side dishes and drink. It was a horrible experience especially since I was about to break my fast, only to be served burnt-tasting chicken. The side dishes were much better.
