KFC AEON Taman Maluri — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Hi KFC, I would like to lodge a report of a Complaint about the Floor Services on yesterday (10th of June 2022). When I was taking a look at the menu on the Self-Service Kiosk, there's one Floor Service Waiter was very rude and not nice when serving and treating us. When she saw me, she instantly asked: "Makan Sini atau Bungkus?" in an unappropriated way. I replied her by telling just take a look only, and asked her: "Do you still have Loaded Potato Bowl right now?" She didn't even take it serious to think and just replied: "NO!" I was then annoyed, if at the point of time do not have stock, she should have told me in a proper way, not by yelling. After that, I went to the Service Counter and only would like to ask for another person regarding about the Loaded Potato Bowl. I did aware that the Service Counter is not for Ordering, but I just wanted to Double Confirm for the things I wanted. After that, the Service Counter replied me: "Yes, we do have for now." But I was very confused, then I ask again: "Why does one of your staff said to me that there's no Loaded Potato Bowl?" She was also confused. I ask the rude staff once again" Why you said to me there's no Loaded Potato Bowl at the beginning?" She denied my statement and replied: "Who said? I didn't say that kind of thing!" Hence, I was very irritated. At the end, I decide to stop ordering from the Taman Maluri Outlet anymore. Unless, your Higher Management Team update for me, what are the Actions you will taken on the Staff. This are the Complaint that I would highlight to you. I hate to write a complaint usually i just ' its ok' 'let it be' but this time i had to ,i bought 2x meal classic ,first: your staff d'not tell me dont have coslow at that time when i asked and easily change to the mashed potato without asking me i bought 2pax classic meal i got 4 mashed potato after checked my order the staff d'not tell early , not say sorry n not asking me which's am ok with it/ can or not but its firstime am just 'its ok' maybe just that day were like that but there not really crowded with customer hurmm, but today! 1july2022! Second:ordered classic meal 2pax ordered 3 thigh 1 drumstick staff gave me 1 small wing&breast hurmm i got changed becauce checked right at that time but this time crowded with customer again i just 'its ok' but please again i got 4 mashed potato! Please la make the order carefully coslow is cold mashed potato is warm usually dont know how to diffrent it? I went there thrice and there's always a problem. The first time I went I bought 6 pieces of nugget, was only given 5. The second time I went to buy popcorn chicken, was given only 9 tiny pieces of popcorn chicken. Today I went to buy nuggets. It took soooooo long for them to prepare my 6 pieces of nuggets. The girls packing the food were soooooooo slow and unmotivated to work. The man beside me was also waiting for a really long time for his popcorn chicken and coleslaw. There was also an aunty who wanted to order at the counter because the system at the self-service kiosk didn't have coleslaw. The aunty mentioned that to one of the girls who was free at the time and had no orders to pack. The girl just looked at her, asked her colleague something, then continued to do other things, ignoring the lady at the counter. The lady finally left. Terrible service at this kfc!!! Those girls working there are really slow. They don't look motivated to work at all! Shouldn't they move faster when there's a bunch of orders coming in? They were so damn slow that customers got really impatient and a crowd was forming quickly. But the girls took their own sweet time, packing...
