Uncle Don's (TTDI) — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

This is by far the lousiest way of Covid-19 SOP. We have been queing nicely outside for almost an hour. There come a lady that never understand social distancing and kept standing right in front of the entrance. We sort of believe that the waiter will be fair and follow the que. Yet, at last this person who does not distance herself, and decided to stuck right outside the entrance get to enter before us and many other people!!! All the waiter do is apology and give us another table, well we have been queing and definitely deserve and table! The problem is, if you can simply give your customers seat without follow sequence, how do u expect people to feel fair and follow your so called rules?!

If I am able to post a photo, I would've show you which male staff to be aware of, and this lady that never feel ashamed of cutting que.

Furthermore, the policy of letting everybody to walk to casher and order, isn't that ironic? You're promoting the crowds movement within the shop. How often did u sanitize the counter, when everyone contacted while waiting to order and make payment?? The distance between table to table are pretty alright, but certainly NOT the little intelligence staff that unable to manage simple que of 4 5 tables!

That's a failure and please respect people when they are in the que! Learn to que, distance yourself and don't crowd the entrance!...

I had a horrific experience in this restaurant. When I realise that there is something wrong with the dish my friends and I had, it was too late as we had our first few bites.

I immediately called the waiter and manager to address the problem and what happen next was unbelievable as a food and service establishment. The manger took the dish without addressing the issue yet and quickly took the dish into kitchen and brought out another serving of the same dish and place it on the table and walked away! The whole experience was as if it was a common thing.

I called the manager to ask: Do you not need to address the situation with the customer, change the cutleries, and ask what can be done better.

His immediate reply: I have changed the dish for you, I have informed kitchen staff, and that all the customer in the restaurants including the one seated next to you had the same dish but did not had this issue

I was stunned with his answer and I was getting angry with his 10 years experience in food/restaurant industry. We decided to move to...

Love the food here. The burgers are yummy, the pork chop is a little too small for me. First the burger is juicy, the meat patty is very juicy that when I eat it with my hand, the juice from the meat just flow through my fingers and hand but it is totally worth it. There is an fried egg in the burger which gives it a nice soft texture and compliments well with the meat patty. A slice of pineapple gives it a little bit of tanginess and sweetness, a different texture and gives even more juice to the burger. A little bit of coleslaw makes me feel healthy and the cabbage in the coleslaw gives it a tiny bit of chrunchiness, one bite of everything all together is one of the best feeling of being alive, the taste of each ingredient is not too strong, in fact, they compliment each other very well and that makes a very good burger. The price is not expensive, around RM12 for that, drinking water is provided so that saves me a lot of money to spend on sugary drinks. Since I tried this burger, I am not interested in any fast food chain burger anymore. Typing this review also...
