The Food is good, the snacks are good too.But if you’re a person who prefers good customer service this is not the place for you. You have to wait for minutes just the waiter come to you to take order, but here’s the catch you have to wave your hands for hours in order to the waiter to come to you in minutes. And after you eat or order your food for takeaway you only can pay your bill by cash but the cashier will not have change money to give you. They will ask you to look for change from others which is ridiculous. I had a bad experience few times, I was ordered food for almost 19 ringgit and give the cashier RM 50 but the cashier said he doesn’t have change to give me, and he was so rude saying that “please look the written sign before you buy food only cash is accepted” does it mean RM 50 is not cash. How come a popular place like this don’t accept card payment or QR payment. Obviously this place is trying to manipulate the TAX they paying to the government that’s why they only want to show cash payment. We should not give business to a place who doesn’t respect the customer, even I’ve been to this place countless times just because of this incident I will not be going to this...

Service is 0/5. Staff with bad attitude. The staff take their own sweet time to serve customers. May be model kot. Kene jalan slow2.Choosing customers to serve add on items. After serve banana leaf meal we were waiting for more than 15 minutes to order additional items n drinks even already acknowledged them. I never had such a bad experience before. They give reason too many customers but I never saw anyone waiting outside for table. 2pc of tumblers place on table to have plain water with food stains inside tye both tumblers and water jug not refilled. So called Air(angin) kosong kot.

Food: Usually we enjoyed. This time we lost our appetite with great, awesome, wonderful service from lovable staffs. The only reason we eat coz we respect the food. We still paid.

Waiting time: Please feel free to get gastric, headache, pissed off when u r starving.

Payment time: We should wait until few more people to queue behind us. Then only the cashier will come to counter even he already noticed you were standing a while to make payment. Not even regret or guilt for their great great service (kononya).

Superb food. There is a reason why this place is busy with Indian customers, the food is great! Sit down at a table, after a few minutes, (don't worry if you wait a bit, they have noticed you!), the staff will put a huge banana leaf in front of you & serve. If you eat meat and want to spoil yourself by going above & beyond the meal of the day, ask for the chicken biryani, if they ask "gravy?", say yes, it's delicious curry sauce. Either way, if you're western, sit on your left hand so you won't be tempted to use it, and hoover up the lovely curry with your right, (no cutlery here, just go with it). The mains, pickles, sides are all super tasty. Breads also available. So the decor is basic, plastic chairs etc, the service is not super speedy, but the food is 5 big shiny stars on a banana leaf. And ridiculously cheap, less than 6 ringgit for the rice & curry main, 12 for chicken biryani. Huge servings, great flavours. Good atmosphere, busy busy, be prepared to sit next to strangers!
