Conveniently located near the Central Station for buses and trains, accessibility was never an issue. A Fantastic Family-Friendly Hotel with Exceptional Service!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Easy Hotel in Malaysia for 10 days, from October 19th to 29th, and I can't recommend it highly enough! Having visited this hotel before in May 2023, I was thrilled to find that they had refurbished the entire venue, giving it a fresh and modern look.

The service at Easy Hotel is truly outstanding. From the management to the housekeeping staff, everyone was polite, and friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We were particularly impressed with how they ensured our room was immaculate, changing the bedding, towels, and toiletries every day.

I stayed at the hotel with my mother-in-law and child for the first four days, and as a woman, I felt incredibly safe during our stay. When my husband joined us for the final six days, we seamlessly extended our rooms. A special mention goes to the management for their exceptional care; we accidentally left an important document in our baggage at the reception, and they ensured it was safely delivered to the airport before our flight took off.

While the rooms are a bit tight on space for luggage, this minor drawback was easily overshadowed by the wonderful and clean environment the hotel provided. The strategic location is a major plus, as it offers easy access to LRT, MRT, and Grab services, making transportation around the city a breeze.

Additionally, my toddler absolutely loved the play area, especially the ball pit! This hotel is not just budget-friendly but also incredibly family-friendly, making it an ideal choice for anyone travelling with children.

I was a little worried when I made the reservation because of the name of the hotel and the reservation website as EASSY HOTEL, but I am glad I stayed there.

It is very conveniently located near KL Sentral station, which takes only 30 minutes by KL Express from the Airport. At first, I got lost because I did not know how to get there from the station, but by the shortest route, it takes less than 10 minutes from the hotel to the ticket gate, so I think it is better to stay at this hotel than at the airport even if you have an early morning flight. The monorail station is right in front of the hotel, so I felt safe even when I returned late at night.

The lobby is not large, but the front desk staff at check-in and the staff serving juice were friendly. Bottled water was provided in the room and the make-up staff was also nice. There is a restaurant and convenience store next door, which was nice. Little India is within walking distance. The hotel is situated conveniently, so I returned sometimes to take a shower, but during the day there was construction on the same floor and it was noisy.

Generally I am satisfied with this hotel, but the noise from the outdoor unit of the air conditioner was loud due to the thin window in the room.

I always have trouble with foreign hotels, and this hotel was no exception; I could not watch TV. There were two remote controls, which I tried for a while but could not turn on, so I hope there is a guide on how to operate them. There was no hair dryer in the room. I didn't check because I was too bothered to ask.
