29th Nov 2020 - Updating my review to 5 stars based on my experience in the last 3 visits which were after my previous negative review. Keep it up.

Older: Tasty food. Great menu. Usually, the staff are fast and prompt.

Have been visiting this place occasionally. Latest being 3 days back and again a couple of hours back today. We always dine together with family. 2 adults and 2 kids.

Had a bad experience dealing with a guy today, who seemed to be related to the owner. After the initial order, asked him (because he was the closest) for two extra chapattis. He forgot to intimate the other waiters or the kitchen and on the whole it took 20-25 mins to get them after a reminder. By then the curry was cold as ice.

We tried to explain this to the gentleman who received the payment. He was unapologetic and justified the delay; same as the above mentioned person.

Worst part is, the owner who was also sitting right on the next table was least bothered about these issues or about us. She seems to be welcoming/conversing with the guests purely based on skin colour and attire.

Unlike other similar vegetarian restaurants around, where the owner(s) treat/wish the customers well and the staff are sometimes busy, it's the opposite here.

Of course I would not have had the expectation of a better customer service if the restaurant isn't pricy.

What should have been an excellent experience because of the tasty food, it was just the opposite because...

We came for an early dinner around 6.00pm on a weekday so the place was quite empty with only two tables occupied. Nothing outstanding on the interior, enough that it is comfortable. So we ordered:- Tawa Masala There is a lot going on on that sizzling hot plate! Definitely a meal for two or one very big meal for one. Taste wise, I like the vege cutlet - very juicy and crunchy on the outside. Vege takatak was full of flavour AND veges, they are generous with the amount! Veg gravy was okay, nothing standing out but it was fine. 7.8/10 Paneer Butter Masala Basically it's gravy with full of flavour, cashew to top it off after that flavourful spoon of gravy. We ordered naan to eat it with although you can eat it by itself. 7.5/10 Butter Naan Heavenly, the star of our dinner. Love it to bits. Soft in the inside super crunchy on the outside with that dash of butter on the surface. 9/10!! Masala Chai Quite good, I like it. One of the good ones I have tried to taste 8.5/10 Mango Lassi They use maybe partially fresh mango but definitely they use cordial for the most part so 5/10. I initially wanted to order fresh orange juice but they said they're our of orange.

For an empty restaurant, it took some time for the food to arrive but it was still okay-ish for me. Staffs are helpful. Will I come again? In another 3-4 months, maybe. If I'm a vegetarian, I would come...

A mix of Indian & Asian food.

Great taste, perfectly curated dishes by the restaurantner with consistent flavours.

The bruschetta with their twist on the home salsa is a perfect blend of sweet, sour & spicy. Their bruschettas are not your regular bread topped with salsa. Try it to know the difference.

The nasi lemak sizzler is perfect for sharing or great for one as well... there can never be too much nasi lemak. The rice is light, accompanied by a good portion of long beans veg, sambal, tempe & tofu sambal...for the crunch there's fried shallots & cucumber.

The satay is another amazing dish...no other veg satay is comparable. Once again, try it to know the variance. The peanut sauce is well made & adequate quantity is served.

Another must-have is the dahi papdi chaat...the tangy tamarind & green chutney with the crunch of puri & yoghurt topped with potatoes & onions...heaven on earth!

Chilli paneer is perfect as a side dish with drinks or an accompaniment with the main meal. The paneer is soft & moist & the sauce makes it a perfect combo.

There are many other dishes to try. Do ask their friendly waiters for suggestions.

Eggless cakes & biscuits variety are also impressive.

They are also known for their sweetmeats. You can have it all here without going to India!

A regular joint for comfort food. Will be heading...

The restaurant had a nice interior, and friendly staffs. The foods over here was authentic and really really tasty, it was like flavour bombs in your mouth with everything. The 2 of us went there, ordered 2 Dahi Papdi Chaat = RM 40, 2 Vada Pau = RM 20, 1 Paneer Butter Masala = RM 28, 1 Butter Naan = RM 7, 1 Puri Set = RM 6, 2 Ice Cream Falooda = RM 40, and 2 Water = RM 8. The waiting time after the orders were minimal, and the service was professional however I did find 2 strands of hairs, one in the Ice Cream Falooda, and one in the Dahi Papdi Chaat. Our total for the dinner came RM 149, and now to the worst part of the restaurant, we were charged RM 178 for the payment, which means we were charged RM 29 for just service fees, which was ridiculous compared to even 5 star restaurants and services that we have been to, and this wasn’t personal, everyone who dines in will be charged the same amount, which is honestly robbing people, however other then that we had a great time in the restaurant, the food was great and authentic and we were really extra full by the end of our dining. Adequate Parking space available too outside, if you are not visiting during peak hours.
