Encountered a very upsetting encounter at sp zus branch today, the so called supervisor ignored me when i enquired in a polite manner regarding the way to redeem a bonuslink voucher and then proceeded to treat me rudely and did not even offer any form of solution. He then proceeded to talk with his colleague and counted the money in the cashier machine without any form of explanation while I waited at the cashier while come customers came in and waited in line as well, he also rudely asked me nak apa sekarang in an ignorant manner (while raising his voice slighly) without any form of greeting or apology, and even after i managed to secure my voucher in the zus app, he just stated nonchalantly that its not the correct voucher. Iām not sure if this is the kind of customer service that zus staff offer to their customers none the less from a supervisor but hopefully management will look into this kind of staff behaviour as this kind of attitude can ruin any coffee loverās day easily and also annoy other people to the point of not even visiting this zus branch in the future ever

While waiting in the corner for the staff to heat my pastries in the microwave, a man walked into the store. As he entered, he adjusted his pants and even scratched his crotch a few times. Then, he noticed several cups of prepared coffee on the counter and picked them up one by one to check the names. After realizing none of them were his, he sat down nearby.
The most revolting part? When my food was ready, I realized that one of the coffee cups on the counterāthe very one he had touched with the same hand he had just scratched his crotch withāwas mine. It was beyond gross.
Could you please consider implementing a policy to place names or numbers prominently on the cups, such as on the lid, and enforcing a rule that prohibits customers from touching drinks that arenāt theirs? We have no idea where their hands have been, and the thought of it is simply repulsive.
Additionally, I had ordered a hot drink, but due to the long wait for my pastries, it was only warm by the time I received it. I hope this process can be...

Ordered hot, in my thermos (as usual), drove away, took a sip 2 mins later, Yuck! Barely warm. Spoiled my morning. Felt sorry for Zus as there was a barrier of trash outside set on the pavement. Not at all inviting. However, as I passed by I realised it was their own trash. A mountain of it. And no effort had been made to compact anything. Surely milk cartons should be flattened, and plastic cups stacked before sending this āno -recyclableā garbage to landfill.
