I would like to file a complaint regarding the extremely unprofessional service I received during your recent blind box promotion. I have already visited your store twice but have yet to receive the item.

The first time, I made a purchase through the app, only to be told upon arrival that the blind boxes were out of stock because I came late. Although I was disappointed, I accepted the explanation.

Today, I made a special trip at 1:30 PM and asked your staff in advance if there was any stock left. I was told there were three boxes available, so I placed my order immediately. However, when I went to collect it, I was told I could not receive it. This was a complete waste of my time.

When I asked for an explanation, the staff ignored me. Clearly, there were still three boxes available, as they had told me earlier. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.

The food or drink is great, the problem is the staff. The staff is malay male with not really long hair wearing glasses and mask usually will cover his face, always with attitude problem talk with loud voice and curse like sial sial also he get angry with customer who dont closed the door. Is not really good environment for customer
