Pastries looked really good but tasted REALLY BAD & SOURED 😞 We ordered 2 pastries, one pistachio danish and one blueberry danish & the price came up to RM $29 (I wouldn't complain if the food was good but nope, it's worse than the hotel's free breakfast)!
The danish were SO HARD (my jaw muscles had to work so darn hard that day) and the blueberry sauce / cream (or whatever you call it) was not even fluid / smooth (it tasted like HARDENED GLUE ON MY FOOD). Both the pistachio and blueberry cream tasted a little sour (meaning it's been kept for long / had turned stale / spoilt).
Unfortunately (or fortunately), the coffee machine broke down & we couldn't get to try their coffee but please don't go for their pastries!
The views from the cafe was great but the seats were all filled with sand (we were probably the first customer btw).
Anw we ordered coffee from another guy from DOO-BA (juice bar next door, these 2 shops are owned by the same people btw) & the coffee was average but was super expensive (two cups of VERY AVERAGE latte cost RM $39.60)! Most expensive & worst breakfast I've had during my stay in Langkawi. Very disappointing & definitely wouldn't recommend this...

I didn’t see any rubbish around. For those quick to judge, they should keep in mind that this place is attached to Chili Kampung, which seemed clean to.
We order an americano, and cappuccino - both with a good coffee kick. The chocolate brownie is soft and not too sweet. They were out of croissant.
You can also order food from the attached restaurant.
Last, but not least, here is my 2 cents about those folks accusing the owner of being an animal killer. Frankly, she doesn’t seems the type. Anyway, if someone has to make these strong accusations, I would suggest brings the evidence along with it. It looks Loke someone has a beef with the owner for...
Read moreA very good spot to have a relaxing time during the weekend. Fast service for coffee and pastries. You can also get other dishes like fried chicken, burger, shawarma, chicken tandoori, fruit juice etc.
The price is on the higher side. I've tried pistachio Danish and it doesn't meet my expectation for such a price (RM15/each). The pizza is also overpriced. The dough is good, soft bread with crunchy edges. But the chicken topping is kinda dry. Nevertheless, the coffee and iced hazelnut choco are great. Also, staffs are very helpful and kind.
You can have a seat at the table or bean bags provided while enjoying the sunset. There is also a shared restroom (♂️/♀️), so, it's...
