This noodle shop was recommended because it was located reasonably close to Kings Green Hotel where we were staying. We took a Grab car there and the ride costs RM7.00 one way. The shop is popular and it was full at lunch time. The shop is also known because it has a 40 year history. I ordered the beef noodle soup and my friend ordered the pork chop noodle (which was kon low). Taste wise, the noodles were ok, decent tasting. The beef broth was sufficiently flavourful. But I found nothing really special or exceotional in the noodles. Limited menu and variety of noodles served there. And could not communicate and undersrand the foreign worker waiter there, especially the drink waiter. Food order is also taken in Chinese, and for non-Chinese speakers, this will prove to be a challenge 😉.

Another one of the nicer stalls I have tried this time round on my recent trip to Malacca. This shop sells Taiwanese noodles dish like pork chop, spicy braised beef, and minced chicken noodle. Very popular place, the shop was almost full when I was there, still didn't have any issue getting a table. Ordered the spicy beef noodle and a side of the fried pork chop. My food didn't take long to be ready. Soup was a little oily but was flavorful and hearty, salted vegetable was added to give an extra dimension. Noodle was nicely cooked and goes well with the broth. Pork chop on the other hand was well seasoned and crispy, portion quite small though. Overall, the food was nice and I would definitely recommend it!

This place gets busy during lunch hour, might need to queue for table. Limited parking, usually just park at housing area behind. Food serving time were fast. Enough staffs to manage things around. The noodles had smooth texture & good portion. Came with a side soup ; it's good when still hot. Pork chop are tasty & not too dry. They made their own chilli with own recipe ; chilli not too spicy and really goes well with the noodles & pork chop. Prices as of 1/3/23 Our order : - 2 Taiwanese Noodles with pork Chop (Big) 2 side dish Pork Chop Tapao 1 Taiwanese Noodles With Pork Chop (Big) Tapao 1 Salted Vegetable Total Payed : RM32

This was highly rated in melaka. Tried the Pork cutlet noodle, chicken sauce noodle (炸酱鸡面),pork cutlet in spicy beef soup noodle. Generally the noodle is quite nice. It's like the ban mee kind of noodle. Very spring and tangy. Does not smell or have the alkali taste if noodles. The pork cutlet is good, well marinated and slightly on the crispy side. No funky pork taste. The spicy beef broth is also nice, it has this slight tinge of sourness to it. Overall brings out the flavours if the beef broth. Spiciness is not overbearing till you can't taste anything. Better to go early in the morning else the queue is insane.

The pork noodle with spicy beef soup is very tasty. The noodle is soft and the soup is rich in spice flavour! Not too spicy, not too thick. The pork knuckle noodle also very nice. The noodles come in two type of generous serving , small (RM5.30, big RM6.30). The have many choices for drink too, like herbal tea and barley. This place is always packed with customers. You may have to share table with others, especially during lunch time. Parking is just along the roadside outside the restaurant. Taste: 5 stars Service: 3 stars Price: 5 stars Ambience: 3 stars Hygiene: 3 stars

Hing Loong Taiwanese Noodle is a restaurant located in Bachang, Melaka. It is roughly 10 minutes drive from Kota Laksamana and Jonker Walk (provided traffic is clear). The signature dish of the restaurant is Taiwanese noodle with pork ribs. Customers can opt for extra pork ribs. The noodle tastes even better if you add some chilli paste into the noodle. The price is reasonable and the noodle taste good. It is one of the best Taiwanese noodle restaurant in town. Do check me out on my instagram @ roshan_arjun for more feeds. Cheers!
