KFC Plaza Melaka — Restaurant in Malacca

This is a branch of the international KFC chain of restaurants.

It is strategically located in a good location in Bachang area.

The restaurant has two levels and like other restaurants, it is self service. The ground floor is the service level while the upper floor is the seating area.

The upper floor seating area has big windows. This provide a nice view of the surrounding area while dining.

Food choice and quality is like all KFC restaurants in Malaysia.

Prices follow the usual prices of KFC chain prices in Malaysia. Cash, e-wallet and credit cards are accepted here.

Cleanliness is acceptable.

Service is fast and professional.

Parkings are roadside parkings. Getting a parking space during peak periods may require some patience.

The restaurant set up is not ideal for handicapped patrons on wheelchairs.

A typical fast food restaurant. Overall is good for me. Open for 24 hours and they had 2 floors. You can eat at the 1st floor for a peaceful meal. The clusters here are school kids and elders: so wifi are out of the menu. Parking space are limited during working hours. Jalan Gajah Berang is vicious to traffics, so avoid going to this area during working hours and weekends.

Stop reading the bad reviews: you can never satisfy everybody. After several months being a regular customer for this outlet, I am sure the service is not that bad. The thing that always test my patience is the other customers. If you want the line to be faster, stop being a brat. Meals are put together for easy purchase. Professional, efficient AND TOTALLY I.T. USER INTERFACE since renovated... When I asked the staffs on duty whether we can use conventional (read as original/old fashion) ordering & payment method, I was formally informed by them that there are no more human interaction when ordering and paying over the counter 🤷‍♀️... Nowadays, counter service is only to process orders/errors registered in the electronic vending/ordering machine and to handover the corresponding orders to the customers 🤦‍♀️

Therefore it would not be advisable/recommended for any non I.T. Savvy customers and or senior citizens to patronise this branch. It's best for them to patronise the older non fully I.T. Operated KFC branches in the state, while they still remain...
