Family dinner for 8 pax [4 adults, 2 children (5 and 9) and 2 seniors (one with a walker)].

When we arrived, the restaurant was maybe 80% full. We came here cos there was seats and no need to wait. DTF opposite had a 30min waiting time. It was maybe 7+/8pm and the seniors and kids were hungry.

We ordered a whole table of food including 2 kids meals and desserts. The service staff repeated the orders to me and they were all correct.

As the dishes arrived, wait staff do not help to shift and arrange other plates on the table so there is space. They just left the dishes at the side of the table.

When about 80% of the food has arrived, we asked about the kids meals. At this point, the kids were very hungry. I asked about the missing orders. Not all the wait staff speaks English not mandarin. They had to get another service staff to attend to me. The staff that came was the one who took our orders. Then he realised he didn't put in the orders for the kids meals. He said he'll put a rush on it and it'll be out in 5min.

10 minutes passed. No signs of kids meals. At the point, we have almost finished our food. And no one cleared the empty places. By now, the restaurant is maybe 20% filled. I wonder why no one bothered to clear our plates.

Asked again. The same guy cld not wait for me to finish my sentence and walked away. Then he came back 5min later with the kids meals.

Of course the kids gobbled the food down.

After all the waiting. We forgot our desserts. But no one came to ask if we want our desserts served anyway. And no one cleared the empty plates. We had to ask many times for serving spoons and for bowls (for sharing soup).

There was no service recovery. Even when enquired.

The meal came up to almost RM600. After deducting the desserts.

It's a popular chain restaurant. Service was charged. I don't understand the quality of service. Isn't clearing emptied plates part of the service? Isn't helping to arrange the table so dishes can be served part of the service? Sure we can help, but we were also trying to take care of the 2 kids and w elderlies. Hence we chose to pay for service and hopefully be able to enjoy our dinner.

Whe asked how come no one cleared our plates, no answer. When asked how come no one came to ask if we want our desserts served, we were told we have to ask for it. They won't ask.

Sure.

Food is up to standard. But not the service.

There are some expectations when we chose to dine...

Service Review Our dining experience at Paradise Dynasty in Genting was elevated by the exceptional service provided by Yong Ann. From the moment we were seated, Yong Ann’s attentiveness and friendly demeanor made us feel truly welcomed. He was knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful suggestions and ensuring our orders were promptly taken. Throughout our meal, he checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, and his efficiency and professionalism were commendable. Yong Ann’s excellent service added a delightful touch to our dining experience, making it memorable.

Food Review The food at Paradise Dynasty in Genting was nothing short of delightful. We started with the signature Xiao Long Bao, which were perfectly steamed with delicate, flavorful broth inside. Each bite was a burst of savory goodness, and the dumpling skins were thin yet sturdy enough to hold the filling without breaking.

The La Mian was another highlight, showcasing the restaurant’s expertise in hand-pulled noodles. The noodles had the ideal texture—chewy and satisfying—while the broth was rich and well-seasoned, providing a comforting and delicious experience.

We also enjoyed the Fried Rice, which was beautifully cooked with a perfect balance of flavors. The rice grains were fluffy and well-separated, with a subtle smoky aroma that elevated the dish. The addition of fresh ingredients added a nice variety of textures and tastes, making it a well-rounded and fulfilling dish.

Overall, our meal at Paradise Dynasty was a wonderful culinary experience, enhanced by the top-notch service from Yong Ann. We highly recommend visiting this restaurant for anyone seeking delicious Chinese...

From the moment I walked into this restaurant, I was impressed by the beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The interior is elegant and cozy, with a warm and inviting design. What made it even more special was the live singing in the background – soft, graceful, and perfectly complementing the dining experience. It created such a calm and enjoyable mood that made me want to stay longer. The food here is truly outstanding. The xiao long bao is absolutely a must-try – thin, delicate skin filled with rich and flavorful broth, bursting with taste in every bite. It’s easily one of the best I’ve had. The fried rice is also exceptional, with perfectly separated grains, fragrant aroma, and just the right balance of flavors. Every dish we tried showed how much care and skill the chefs put into their cooking. What impressed me even more was the service. A special thanks to Beini, our server, who went above and beyond to make our meal wonderful. She was attentive, kind, and always greeted us with a warm smile. From giving helpful recommendations to checking in at the right time, her service made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, this restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way – from delicious food to elegant ambiance and excellent service. It’s the kind of place perfect for family gatherings, friendly get-togethers, or even a romantic dinner. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely come...

Our meal at this place was by far the most comfortable, relaxing meal during our trip to genting. We were a group of 6 pax and was given a big table and seated comfortably. The crew was attentive and helpful. The place was decorated so beautifully and superbly clean. We ordered their famed Xiao long bao and it was nice. We ordered dishes with rice and all were cooked well, dishes came out super swiftly! Less than 10 minutes after ordering and we were able to start eating! The chicken soup was yummy, son enjoyed the whole bowl by himself and said it was sufficient to pair with rice. The 咕噜肉 was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The cold cucumber surpassed our expectation and came out as the champion of the meal! The drunken and spicy chicken were nice. Mapo tofu was flavourful. Overall it was very enjoyable meal and everything was yummy. Very satisfied tummy!

This is inside one of the hotels/casinos in this part of “Malaysia Las Vegas in the mountains”. Actually the surroundings are beautiful and unexpected to find so many hotels here, at least from a visitor/tourist point of view. Mainly locals and regional tourism. Restaurant was way better than expected. Everything was really very good and specially the dim sum. The dumplings dough is light, tasty and delicate, sublime. The pastry filled with radish is the one I liked the least and the rest I loved them all. Service was good, little but disorganized but attentive. Prices are high for Malaysia but you are in good restaurant, but it is more than reasonable to pay 240 myr for several dishes including 10% service that they charge to the check. Attaching some pictures for your review and consideration.

I recently visited Paradise Dynasty at SkyAvenue in Genting Highlands and was impressed by the selection of delicious dishes. The spicy fried chicken was perfectly cooked—soft with just the right amount of spice. The sweet and sour fish had a great balance of flavors, and the fried spring rolls were crispy on the outside, yet juicy inside. The stir-fried Hong Kong baby cabbage was a bit salty, but still enjoyable. The chicken soup was fairly average, but the meal ended on a high note with the fried red bean pancake, which was hot and crispy. The restaurant itself is cozy and clean, making for a pleasant atmosphere. However, the service staff could be a bit more attentive when customers need assistance. Overall, a solid dining experience with a few minor areas for improvement.
