We went in without much expectation and the food quality and variety, service far exceeded our expectations and it is well deserving of 5 stars. Firstly the pekking duck is delicious, they are not stingy with quantity, and the dish had good number of pieces of duck with crispy skin and tender meat. The skin and ingredients used to wrap the pekking ducks are similarly delicious and fresh too. This is a must order and very worth it dish. We ordered a bunch of other dishes- Spinach tofu, braised pork (東博肉), la zi ji, yi fu noodles, xo scallops fried rice and these were pretty decent too! (Though none is as spectacular as the duck). Special mention, service manager- Kai Yee. Extremely attentive despite being in such crowded, bustling environment. It's dinner time on Saturday, imagine the crowd. One of my family member's chopstick dropped, and without having to request for replacemen, Kai Yee saw/heard the chopsticks dropped from some distance away and immediately acknowledged us and replaced a new set of chopsticks.

The restaurant is spacious and quite huge. There was a queue when we arrived at 7pm. There was about a wait of 20 minutes. The waiter will politely tell you to start ordering from the menus as soon as possible to minimise waiting. While waiting for the seats, there is sort of a lounge at the entrance with seats and table too. The seats are comfortable too. If you come here at a later time and if there are too many people you will have to stand outside the restaurants. The food is good and delicious. The Peeking Duck is a must get. The duck is cooked to crisp perfection. The vegetables are not bad either. The portion is reasonable for the price. The waiter and staff were friendly and approachable and immediately assisted our needs. Improvement: The music played in the restaurant was somewhat emotional or sad, it will be better if it's more upbeat and exciting. Highly recommended and overall an excellent restaurant!

I’m right here right now in the restaurant with family and friends, the caption Daniel Zam is really refreshing my experience in Genting highland restaurant. He’s so detailed and concern about the well being of the diners. The moment you drink a sip and the next second he’s here to replenish for you. He’s paying 100% full attention towards the diners and fulfilling of the needs of every diner. I have been many restaurant in Genting, he’s the only one I think he deserve a better position in F&B industry. Hope my review draws the management’s attention and making full use of this candidate, a captain of restaurant is wasted his talent. His service is not like HDL giving space pressure, totally space pressure free with his service. With his multilingual, I recommend to friends who want to dine in here to try out his service.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dragon-i Peking Duck and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for both casual meals and special occasions. The menu offers a wide selection of authentic Chinese dishes, each prepared with great attention to flavor and presentation. We started with the xiao long bao which were perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. For the main course, the Peking Duck was a standout. The fried tofu and braised pork was also exceptional. The staff and the branch manager, Kenneth were attentive, happy to recommend dishes and make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I highly recommend Dragon-i for anyone looking to enjoy delicious, authentic Chinese food. It’s a true gem and a must-visit for food lovers!

Great place to have a duck meal if you have duck cravings. We came in and ordered the 3 course duck meal for our lunchies. Seeing it was presented like a gourmet dish in the menu I was expecting it to be served like one. However, we were given the meals once it was ready so it seemed more like a normal serving of the meals. That said, the duck was crunchy and the fat melted in your mouth. But, their sauces and noodles were sweet which I did not suit the savory flavor profile of the duck. Also, the servers were having a bit of a difficulty understanding english as when we wanted to order "lipton" tea, they gave lemon tea but we still took it was we wanted tea anyway. So, overall the duck was the star of the 3 course meal but just be weary as the english is not the servers 1st language.

Located within Sky Avenue at Genting Highlands. You can either drive up or take the cable car from Kuala Lumpur. This outlet is located at the 2nd level of Sky Avenue along the eateries level I think, there's an escalator near this restaurant. As any Dragon-i outlet in Malaysia, their Peking Duck is as good as it gets. They take their time to prepare, cook it, slicing it in front of you and presenting it to you on your table. Their Peking Duck are crispy, juicy and delicately delicious to consume. This outlet maintains it's standard so don't hesitate to drop by. The only catch is their crowd and waiting time. Most of the time you would need to wait some time in the queue or table to have any food served to your table. Overall it will be worth your time to visit this outlet.
