Recommendation: Do not visit this cafe at all costs.
Service was extremely slow. We waited 15 minutes and asked twice for a cup of coffee, was told by staff to wait, and decided not to order coffee in the end. As the cafe is representing an international resort world establishment, it's a shame that efficiency at this cafe is super obviously lacking.
Directions to purchase food are not clear at all. They made us wait at the wrong station without informing us. There was no staff manning the first station upon queuing up. We waited at the Nasi Lemak station, hoping to get dim sum and loh mah kai, and after a long while was told that all dim sum and loh mah kai was not available. Thus limited menu options. Then we told if we didn't want Nasi Lemak or Chicken Noodle Soup, we supposed to order the Roti Canai at the next station instead. Waste of time, especially since we had to queue up for the next station.
For roti canai station there was not enough staff. Only one lady was cooking and the wait for roti canai was long. Almost half an hour of standing at the station to get our meals.
There was milo offer but had to pay full price . Offer was buy 1 get 1 free. There was so much advertising for this offer, going as far as placing cards on every table and pasting it on walls and counters and stations. But failed in specifying whether it was limited to ice milo only . After all it was stated on the advertisement that images were for illustration purposes. Originally want to get ice milo at the milo machine and couldn't seem to get the machine to work , then after a terribly long while, we were told we could only get hot milo at the machine after staff also were confused at the machine, then later was told at the cashier that offer didn't apply to hot milo.
Price is quite high for the small amount of food given. Nasi Lemak was without ikan bilis. Too much rice and too few ingredients. However, surprising enough, it was the least of our concerns.
My advice is to close shop. Do not allow the bad service and overall horrid experience ruin your reputation. Recommendation to customers is to not come back again. Left unsatisfied. Scammed of money and time. Coming here would ruin your...

This Wonton Mee was a delightful experience. The noodles were perfectly cooked, with a nice chewiness. The broth was light yet flavorful, and the wontons were plump and juicy. The addition of bok choy added a nice freshness and visual appeal. A perfect comfort food! I would definitely recommend this dish!
This place serves up some seriously tasty Roti Canai with egg. The roti was perfectly flaky and crispy, cooked to a beautiful golden brown. The egg was cooked just right, adding a nice richness to the dish. The accompanying curry was flavorful and not too spicy, providing a perfect complement to the roti. The portion size was generous, and the service was friendly and efficient....
Read moreEach time we go Genting Highlands, we would eat the fish head curry at the Malaysian Food Street. That has been one of the best if not the best fish head curry in GH. This time, the refreshed Lobby Café was offering fish head curry on their menu. Took a chance and tried it and glad that we did. The huge claypot came with large portion of fish head curry, laid with plenty of vegetables and ingredients. Each order was RM60 and comes with 2 plates of rice and papadom. Portion is generous enough for 2-3 persons! Taste is fantastic! Very much like the one we ate in Food Street but this one had more chilies and bite to it. More flavorful than the Food Street one, but less fish meat. Still the portion was huge and more than enough for 2. While the restaurant is open 24 hours, we were told this dish is not available past 9:30pm. Highly...
