Few scene to share Room check in at 3.00pm, I arrive at hotel about 4.30 but room not yet ready. So I need to wait another 45min to get my room key. I request a room upgrade, but she said my room is already premium. So I tought I can get better priority than others, but not as expected As I arrive at my room, remote TV n towel is not available. So I call room service to sent the items, but waited on 8.00pm still not arrive. So after dinner, I personally wait at lobby for the towel, because everybody want to get shower after 1 day trip kan. So this is my first hotel bring towel from lobby to my room. With so may flaw, I personally request for complementary, at least give me voucher, extra bed for free ke, but the staff just said "sorry sir, we cannot do that". So disappointing. So now 830pm looks like no hope for remote TV and also no discount for the room rates as well. So this is my review. we visited the restaurant many times to check out the buffet spread but wasn't attracted by it. we finally had the buffet on Deepavali, a holiday. the restaurant was teeming with guests and the buffet spread is better.

the balcony seats have a spectacular view but we sat at the cushioned seats inside because it was cold outside.

i love the chicken dim sum, curry chicken, chocolate pastries and fruits. the meat are cooked tender and flavorful. the coffee is thick and good. the chocolate pastries goes very well with coffee and milk, especially when they are just out from the kitchen.

Came here on a Friday evening around 7-plus where the restaurant was only about 15% full. Ordered food from the a la carte menu and it took almost an hour to be ready. By the time it arrived, food was cold (not even warm). A few staffs were running around very clueless. I can even see food left on top of the counter for more than 5 minutes unattended before they were served. Not only it was slow, there are also food safety concern.

One item from my order was missed out even after checking with one of the staff.

While there is a industry-wide manpower shortage, this kind of experience simply does not cut it.
