I have previously eaten at their famous main branch in Klang and whilst BKT is always subjective on what constitutes the best BKT I did enjoy the food there. For those craving BKT you now have an option to drive to Klang or on the way to Genting.
I prefer this location as it is cooling so you will not sweat compared to eating in Klang and also the ambience is much improved. Taste wise I would say it is similar to their HQ. I found the meat to be tender with tasty soup whilst portions were acceptable. Price will not be cheap however you are paying for a premium location so I could accept the price point presented. Never try original shop, but First time try this Branch, price is cheaper than Genting Highlands resorts, if regular size of one claypot. Soup is good taste of herbal. Meat is fresh. Weekend is always full house at peak hours (lunch). Definitely will come again, maybe try the Dry Bakuteh.
