Overall: Bad food bad experience

Food: Nasi goreng cina - tasteless and very smoochy texture - badly cooked nasi putih with a splash of oil and a pinch of salt and finished with 1 TEASPOON of mix vege. nasi goreng cili - same bad texture. and nasi putih with ayam goreng telur masin (with chunk of the white egg) and burger kampung - how hard could it be to assemble a patty and a bun and make a decent burger - UNACCEPTABLE.

Scenario: Waited so long for the food. Many waiters running around, they seemed busy and occupied. They have few stalls selling varieties of food option. LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING indeed.

Summary: The Owner was so "whatever attitude". Ignored 100% my comment about the unacceptable nasi goreng cina (that I returned to the counter). No suggestion to replace or at least explain. I experienced a lengthy wait for my food, encountered impolite cashier behavior with unnecessary questions directed at parents, and found the smoking-friendly dining area inconvenient for non-smokers. It would be more transparent if they displayed the actual food prices instead of just using "RM," and I felt overcharged for items missing from my order. The overall service was disappointing with somewhat rude staff, and the food quality was merely average. This visit will definitely be my first and last here. We came during peak hour on weekend so its a very long waiting time. Almost 1 hr to get our food but everything is forgiven after we ate the food 🤣 i ordered tomyam and it tastes so good. Price wise , for me its a bit on high side but still affordable. While waiting for your food, its better to order sate from the stall outside. We prdered sate kambing and sate ayam. Sate kambing is tender and moist and their gravy is so delicious. You can have free flow or air coway. Staffs are friendly. Minus 1 star bcoz theres a view of cat playing with rat.
