Makanan Enak Genting Permai — Restaurant in Pahang

i came here on 3rd May 7.30pm. my mom and I ordered siakap stim limau, grilled seafood and kailan + drinks. foods and drinks sampai laju, foods pun nampak sedap. everything was ok until my mom's glass of nescafe pecah tiba2. bukan pecah retak tau, dia pecah yg meletop. sampai whole restaurant stopped and looked at us. my mom's pants and handbag are soaked with the nescafe, tu ok lg. problem is kaca gelas pecah masuk dlm foods. the customer next to us came and asked if we are okay. then all the workers came la kemas, they ganti semua with new foods except for nasi.

so my complain is, up until payment, we received no apology from the manager/owner/crew. literally none. then tengah makan nasi i jumpa a piece of kaca lagi. 😕😕😕 when i made my payment, i asked the counter lady (since she mcm manager kat situ, instructing every staff, in charge of counter etc). i tanya 'u manager ke' she said tak, and mcm try to avoid the question. i told her 'next time if smtg like this happen, u should personally come and check ur customer ok ke x, and offer apology. and by right, sebagai tanda mintak maaf u patut offer some discount ke apa' .. she agguk je and try to blame her crew about the incident, being defensive. TAK MINTAK MAAF AT ALL. ni langsung xde mintak maaf ke apa, then mntk bayaran mcm xde apa2 jd. kalau kaca tu kena mata my mom how? kalau we accidentally makan and cause stomach problem how? stomach perforation etc?? so dissapointed, if u are the owner if the restaurant and u read this, i still waiting...

We tried this restaurant because we got tired of eating Nonya Colors and Madam Kwan's in Genting Complex and it was the best decision ever made on that night

At first the queue of about 10guests waiting for their turn for a vacant seat was intimidating but the line moved very quickly. As we were seated, a number of waiters flocked us instantly - courteous customer service

We shared a plate of hailam mee (soy sauce based noodle dish) - the only drawback of this restaurant which serves a portion for a minimum of two people. Ot was so darn good. Well balanced saltiness and sweetness, surprisingly strong taste of seafood hitting your palate, and just-cooked sawi. Frankly it did not contain much protein (ie fish cake, prawn, chicken) but it was just nice for the two of us. Despite constant full house, our order arrived within barely 30mins

Thumbs up all the way. Very suitable for large groups and our food along with 2 glasses of iced tea only costed us RM22 which was a bargain for this area

Good Chinese Muslim style food. Very much KL style (I am from Klang ; ) Worth noting, food came to order in 4-6mins! Piping hot. Delicious and very reasonably priced. Portion is more than sufficient. Ingredients are generous and of quality. Waiters are friendly and prompt. Place is clean, well lit and spacious. Many families were dining here. I would recommend this restaurant if you're looking for Chinese food.

Just a note of personal preference, if you're like me that prefers your food cooked with less oil and less salt, I think you can make the request. I felt the food was just a little bit more oiler and salty to my liking. Not very. Just a little bit more than the usual Chinese...
