Starbucks Genting Permai DT — Restaurant in Pahang

Ordered a classic hot cappuccino but the staff tried to up sell us with their new product. Since they insisted that it’ll be tastier than the cappuccino, we gave it a try.

But when come to payment, we realized the bill is much more expensive than the cappuccino. Then only they told us the toffe nut latte is different pricing. Why didn’t you inform me about the price difference before confirming the order? Luckily we checked the bill before we make the payment.

So we requested to change back to the original order, the hot cappuccino.

A lady came over and said, “Tapi air dah buat”. I said I wasn’t informed of the much higher price.

Then, the cashier said, “I dah tekan payment”.

Bro, I haven’t pay can just cancel right? What POS system is this? Lepas order x boleh cancel 🙃

And the funniest part is, I was still served the drink that I DIDN’T WANT!!!

Served by BELLA. Poor service at cashier counter. The order was taken by another staff before our queue reach the counter. At the counter, we were enquiring about the price difference as we agree to upgrade our beverage ( with double chocolate). BELLA replied with " here is Genting, thing must be expensive". And she didn't even make eye contact during ordering and showed no respect when we request to change the beverage back to the original order.

After that, I planned to order 2 pastry and because of her poor service, I din even realise that I order successful when she din response to my word until I checked on my receipt.

Price is not the main concern here. But...

Served by Nell. Really really bad service. The worst Starbucks I've ever been to. When I was ordering, she didn't even make eye contact and showed no respect. I only ordered sausage mushroom once but she argued and insisted that we made the order twice and with a very rude and unsatisfied face, replied curtly that she can refund us. Look at the table, it's so sticky and dirty! I don't think they clean the tables at all. The staff were joking and laughing away so loudly that it disturbed the peace in the cafe. This is a tourism spot, they shouldn't be acting this way. Especially for Nell. Please do something about it, you don't want to set the wrong impression for...
