This is my second time having dinner at this zok noodle house genting sky avenue. me and my family having wanton noodle soup , pork belly noodle soup , portuguese tart and 2 drinks.. Their wanton noodle soup is the best and very delicious wanton noodle soup i have ever eat so far...even my wife also said their wanton noodle soup is the best so far what we have been try wanton noodle soup in other restaurant.. Zok noodle house wanton noodle soup for me is number one delicious and tasty. their pork belly noodle soup also good the spicy one...lastly their Portuguese tart for me is the best in malaysia... I have try many portuguese tart in malaysia despite macau andrews baker portuguese tart which is in macau.. Zok noodle portuguese tart is the best in malaysia for my own opinion... after meal i even order another 5 portuguese tart take away and enjoy eating it at hotel room...Services from waiter and waitress most of them not really understand malay language or english because most of them are foreign worker, but they are very hard working and i can see that they have try they best to serve us and every customer the best... so services from Zok noodle house was good enough. Environment is clean and comfortable....next time when i visit genting highland i will definitely come back to zok noodle house... keep up the good work.. cant wait to eat the...

writing this as a frequent visitor of zok! visit this place at least twice a trip for my past 4 trips to genting. the soup noodles are amazing for the broth, especially spicy broth, milky broth and tomato! the noodles can sometimes come a little too tough and chewy, i recommend adding a note for it to be cooked longer. overall can overlook for the legendary broth 😍

we ordered the creamy baked rice twice, and it was so flavourful, chicken was juicy, so cheesy and creamy. seriously loveddd👍 on 29/5, we ordered both the creamy and curry baked rice but were shocked to find a watery mess of a dish :( it lacked any flavour, was so watery, not cheesy at all, barely palatable. was such a drastic change from the previous times we had the dish. i still recommend trying it once, as we’ve had better days than not with this dish. definitely get the creamy over the curry! side note, generally the rice dishes tend to be too dry and not as flavourful as the noodles.

for side dishes, definitely recommend their chilli oil wantons if you like a spicy tangy flavour! honestly, the rest of the sides can be passed on as they’re not really outstanding for the price~ the bolo bun is very good too! just make sure you...

I have a bad experience there, I ordered pork slices noodle but the order came without the pork slices, I tell the staff immediately and they take it back, few min later, they come back with the same bowl without the pork slices. And in the same time I hear the chef inside shouting and say he got put the item. Again, I tell the staff/manager my noodle less one item, he take it back to kitchen, I hear the chef inside shout again but not sure what he shout, then the staff come back with the same bowl again and ask me wait for the pork slices. Few min later, the pork slices come but not fully cook (can see the raw part), so I told them, the staff take it back, I can hear the chef shout very loud and said “她是不是玩野”.

I feel very bad in mood but I know is not the problem of the staff/manager, so I decided to finish the food and pay at cashier. The cashier/manager did tell me sorry and said the chef is hot temper.

I understand they are busy in the morning but just a bowl of noodle. I didn’t get what I order so I should keep quiet? The pork slices is not fully cook so I shouldn’t tell and eat? The Chef has a very bad attitude. I just wish they can improve on this and please respect...

Came here to have a light lunch, ordered the Tomato Soup Pork Belly, Chili Oil Wonton, Sesame Lotus Balls, Portuguese Egg Tart and Taro Tart, and H.K Style Milk Tea. Tomato Soup Pork Belly - tastes exactly like HDL tomato soup + noodles (we ordered handmade noodles but was served 拉面). Comes with minced pork (well marinated), pork liver and pork belly slices. Usually I enjoy flavourful food but found this a tad too jelak towards the end Chilli oil wonton - 10/10 MUST ORDER! The sauce may be a little numbing, so scrape it off if you prefer less. The star of the show is definitely the wonton, I believe most of their wonton dishes should be pretty good. This was my only favourite dish out of everything else ordered. Lotus Sesame Ball - what you expect, but the lotus paste inside was thick Portugese egg tart & taro tart - egg tart was good, but more to the savoury side. Taro tart is very confusing cos the taro is wet so you can’t quite differentiate the egg custard from the taro paste. HK style milk tea - average; what you would expect. It’s on the more watery side though Chili Oil Wonton, Sesame Lotus Balls, Portuguese Egg Tart and Taro Tart, and H.K Style Milk Tea.
