(CJ 9) Chang Jiang White Coffee — Restaurant in Perak

I visit the shop just now about 3pm but haven’t got any chance to sit down for my 1st coffee today. As we have been told off by your lovely but angry face waitress. Your shop is my brother family favorite coffee shop and his recommend and bring his relatives and friends. But… it was really disappointed today and ruined our high tea. I’m stocked for the waitress attitude and her own personality. She was rude and finger pointed to my brother face and shouted. She even teared her mash off and shouted around to other customer to blame us. I can’t see any working effort from her but rude. It such of shame on her. Apparently, please check your CCTV for your justifying. I sincere hope hear from your reply. As we doesn’t want to miss a good place for our favor...

Service: Quick and friendly. Very helpful with information.

Food: Average.

Drinks: Average.

However, everything is served in a fast food style: Plastic cups, plastic bowls, plastic bottles, even 2 pieces of bread in a paper box?! Extremely not environmental-friendly. Somehow taste of food (psychologically) is affected by serving in plastic environment, giving it a feel of cheap food court food.

Hope the management will consider changing to proper plates and cups to give a real classic Ipoh style coffee shop feel. Also, it would be more instagramable, thus...

Came here for 3 drinks and had to wait for 30 min (refer to photo) for 3 drinks? Seems quite unreasonable to wait for so long. We had our drinks right after we checked with the staff, otherwise would probably need to wait longer? God knows. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone to come here.

Drink wise, the ice lemon tea is so “generous” with sugar, perhaps the price hike didn’t affect them 🤷🏻‍♀️ had to add 1 cup of water to offset the sweetness, but it was still quite sweet.

Anyways avoid this place, the only extra star I gave was for the attitude of the store manager, good...
