We went here on 28/10/23 around 7.15pm. Despite it was heavily raining outside at that time, there was a long line at this outlet. 🤣
Anyway, this outlet accepts both cash and cashless payments 💵💳. The staff is helpful and informative, willing to explain further about the drinks that they offer 😊. Most of the customers takeaway the drinks but if you are in the mood for simply chilling around, there are seating areas provided in front of the counter and also on the left side of the outlet which was a pretty spot but slightly hidden from the front of the outlet.
However, I was disappointed seeing used cups and tissues left on the tables from previous patrons. These people were there for a long time but did not bother to clear off the trash they left behind eventhough there was a dustbin provided. Is it so hard for you helping out to clear off your trash as you go? 😫 Is it so hard for you to become a civilized patron? 😫
As for the waiting time, we waited for 15-20mins because of the long lines and the preparation for the large number of drinks from other customers too, making the whole staff lineup jumped in to quicken the preparation process. If you have a long queue number and not in the mood for the wait, better walk around for a while and come back later. 😉
And now for the drinks 🥤 Since this outlet specializes in teas, you can choose which one that you fancy. There are milk teas, non-milk teas and snowy frappe teas. Not sure what to order? Feel free to ask the staff for recommendations. Or you can simply search for their online menu (website, google, fb, ig etc) to have an idea of what drink to choose from. Price-wise, it's in the RM10.00-RM20.00 range per cup depending on your order but it's served in a big and tall cup so I think it's kinda reasonable. Please note that these drinks are LESS SWEET compared to your usual bubble tea or milk tea outlets. I think their drinks are deliciously refreshing and I am super grateful for their less sweet drinks, I can really taste the tea notes with less sugar 😘👍
What have I ordered?
White Peach Oolong Snowy Frappe 🍑: An ice-blended drink featuring white peach oolong tea topped with a pink whipped cream and garnished with some kind of fruity biscuit crumbs (not really sure about the garnish though haha 😅) I totally love the fact that it is less sweeter than it looks and I love the refreshing fruity notes from the tea. This drink is quite Instagramable with its pink blossom-like vibe. 😍🍑🌸
Yunnan Puer Snowy Frappe 🍫🍪: An ice-blended drink featuring Yunnan Puer tea topped with whipped cream and garnished with caramel crumbs and a half biscoff cookie. This drink is served in a cup that has chocolate sauce swirled/drizzled on the inside of the cup. My husband loved this despite himself being not an avid tea drinker 😘👍 Despite all of the sweet toppings, the drink itself is less sweet but it gradually becomes slightly sweeter when you get to the end of the cup.The chocolate swirl gives another dimension of flavour. The crumbs and cookie add a burst of flavour and texture to the drink, making it deliciously enjoyable. 😋👍🍫
We totally enjoyed our drinks despite the long wait but good job to the staff for the good service. Would love to visit again next time....
Read moreDear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience at your [chagee] on September 21, 2025.
While I was quietly eating my own food inside your store, one of your employees approached me in a very rude and harsh manner. Without any prior explanation or friendly reminder, the staff member warned me that eating was not allowed here in a brusque tone, which made me feel extremely embarrassed and uncomfortable on the spot.
I believe there could have been a more polite and customer - friendly way to handle this situation. For example, the staff could have come over with a smile, informed me gently about the store's regulations, and offered some suggestions. Such an aggressive attitude not only dampened my mood but also made me lose my good impression of your brand.
As a consumer, I hope you can take this matter seriously. I would like to see the following actions: First, I hope the staff member can sincerely apologize to me. Second, I suggest that your store conduct relevant training for employees to improve their communication skills and service awareness, so as to avoid similar unpleasant incidents from happening again.
I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory solution to...
Read moreI had a terrible experience at Chagee Ipoh Parade. I went there to buy drinks for my family, only to be rejected when trying to make a purchase at the counter. The employee directed me to a QR code and insisted I place my order through it. I tried twice, but the system failed both times.
Frustrated, I approached another employee for help, only to receive the same response—“use the QR code.” Their unhelpful attitude and lack of concern for the customer experience left me extremely disappointed. To make matters worse, as I was about to leave, I realized they do have a cashier for counter purchases.
I am deeply disappointed with Chagee’s approach. It feels like they prioritize collecting customer data via their app over providing a seamless and convenient customer experience. This policy, coupled with the employees’ poor attitude, made for an unpleasant visit.
Chagee, please rethink your policies and train your staff to prioritize customer service. Convenience and respect for customers...
