Salon Du Chocolat @ Ipoh Parade — Restaurant in Perak

Hands down the worst place to come to 😡 . My 3rd visit here and the staffs' attitude is simply rude, unfriendly and unapproachable. Serving at a place like this I believe there should at least be a tincy level of professionalism. But nope, absolutely zero, even the simplest etiquette is absent. . Orders from menu are always sparse and the outcome often is unlikely to that of the menu. If you're still a newbie perhaps it's acceptable, tapi ni dah nmpak macam senior employees but work is awful. . The only saving factor to this place is that their chocolate tastes good. Apart from that, the staff are a huge turn off, obviously being idle, simple requests are not met, basic orders from the menu aren't available, and waitress is plainly rude. . Hope the superior will look into this matter and take any necessary action. Based on the Google reviews seems like few customers share the same opinion as well. So I guess I'm not the only one experiencing this...

The chocolate was super delicious and i love it so much..all the menu i loved especially the crepe and pancake, but the most dissapointed me is the staff attitude, not serve me well as i expect, everytime i come there keep giving me the same reasons the choc crepe out of stock, okay i'm okay with it.. but when i want to order the pancake choc, one of the staff not supported me to order the pancake because its not delicious, many customer complained about the menu..she gave me many excuses to prepared it..hello!!! What's ur problem..i'm craving it and who are u want to ask me for not to order it? And one more thing, before we come, the staff and her friend "lepak" and just sitting relax..so i guess the staff is "malas" to serve the customer..please..if u don't interested to work, just resigned...

I'm not sure what makes this restaurant expensive. Is it the furniture? Is it the decoration or the food?

They do served a good quality of chocolate but that's it. Nothing that impressed me to be honest. I ordered pancake with dark chocolate. The chocolate taste good, it melted well at first then it bcame grainy and very unpleasant to eat. Maybe due to air-cond. It took me sometime to finish my fav dessert. Good amount of peanuts. Good amount of chocolate. A good place for chocolate lovers mostly teenagers. But I doubt teenagers can even...
