Drinks are good 👍 Iced ones tastes fragrant without being overly creamy/thick. Staff also took note of my request for less sweet . Kaya toast - good n fragrant. Kaya slightly too sweet. Chee cheong fun - tasty n good portion. Hope cafe considers giving option of less Oily for the noodles (ccf) Nonya Kuih - looked very average, did not order Plates n cutlery - appreciate use of ceramic n metal material. Please do not switch to melamine n plastics as it cheapens the dining experience n is unhealthy for our bodies (microplastics leeching into foods n drinks) Staff - prompt n attentive service. Will definitely return soon 😀

Went past this cafe more than once but never set foot in it until today when nothing comes to mind on what to eat. I looked for something out of the ordinary from the menu and found this. Wulong Chicken. A seemingly simple dish with a distinctive depth of flavour and texture, something between Ipoh salted chicken and Hainamese poached chicken. The chicken is tender and juicy, appears to be steamed with ginger and wolfberries. There is some broth beneath the chicken. I tasted saltiness, pungency of ginger and bitterness of Chinese herb. A unique taste common in Chinese cooking. Rich and savoury too. Like it.

Highly recommended! TanChaKee is a gem for delicious food and drinks. Their coffee is smooth and fragrant—absolutely satisfying. The 猪肠粉 is a standout—unexpectedly amazing with a unique texture and flavor. I'm usually don't like 猪肠粉 but their 猪肠粉 is super duper tasty. The kaya butter toast is super good too—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, a definite must-try! The curry is also very flavorful, rich, and comforting. Honestly, everything we tried was fantastic! If you're looking for a place with great food and a cozy atmosphere, TanChaKee won't disappoint. Can't wait to come back for more!

Food was decent especially the butter kaya toast. Coffee was so so. Everything went well until they forgotten one of the main orders when everyone in the same table has finished our food. Highlighted to one of the staffs and he went to the kitchen to clarify. He apologised and said it’s in preparation now. 15 mins later, the order was not served yet. Highlighted again and they still claimed they are preparing it. Meanwhile, we saw the rest of the tables that came so much later than us have been receiving their orders one by one when you said saying you’re preparing? When we told them to cancel it, ‘they are preparing it’. I think we have heard it 15 mins ago and it’s still being prepared now. Guess you need more time to prepare and we just didn’t have the time to continue to wait there. Perhaps the management should review what is going on in this case when your customer has been in the shop for nearly 1 hour but only received drinks and not his food. Quite a...
