This is the rating for the curry mee stall. Curry chicken looks good in a huge bowl but quite a letdown when ordered. Curry mee hoon dry didn't have enough Curry kuah on it. Curry chicken felt like powdery coz washed too many times before cooking... Their yong liew was oily and chewy and didn't seem like the fresh stuff you would expect in Ipoh. Seems like fried frozen and left to thaw as it was only 8.30am when makan. But the seafood noodles was tasty and freshly cooked. Will return to try the other stalls as saw the nyonya laksa was like yumsssss

Word of alive to owner, please get stall tenants to wear aprons and hair nets or caps. Mask also when...

Evidently this restaurant is one of the crowded places along Jalan Tokong to take breakfast. Customers fill up the tables in the shop itself and along the corridor as well. Serves the usual Malaysian Chinese street food like curry mee, pork noodles, fried koey teow, chee cheong fun, coffee and toast, etc. Quite a few recommend this restaurant for its fragrant coffee. I've tried the coffee; slightly above average as far as...

Great coffee that cost RM2.10 (2022). Tables packed to closely together, so it's a bit uncomfortable for prolonged seatings. The food stalls had been operating there for years (except the CCF stall being the new comer) and are all equally good but priced a bit more expansive than others. Parking is a major problem the same as the restaurants around that area and get really congested due to inconsiderate people...

I came here because I wanted to try the famous duck noodles, but sadly, the stall had already moved out. This kopitiam is in a busy area, so finding parking can be a bit hard. Anyway, even though the place is a bit dark and the seating is a little crowded and messy, the food is actually quite good — worth a try. My husband and I tried the chee cheong fun and fried noodles. The chee cheong fun is handmade, so it feels more springy and fresh compared to machine-made ones. The portion is a bit small, but it tastes really good. As for the fried noodles, at first, I didn’t expect much because it didn’t look that nice. But once I took a bite, I was surprised! The noodles had just the right amount of moisture, and you could taste the “wok hei” — it was cooked with great heat and skill. The flavor was really well done. Thumbs up! Delicious and satisfying. I will come again next time to try food from other stalls.❤️💖😊
