Went there with a group of my girlfriends on a Saturday night. The food was overall pretty good and very reasonably priced. The only let down was the aglio olio pasta which was under-seasoned and the “pizza” which was the last dish to arrive (way after we had finished the rest) and to our surprise it wasn’t even pizza dough, rather those tortilla wraps you get from the store. Which is perfectly ok because I actually think they are pretty tasty but it really did not justify the long wait. It was also our first time here and so we didn’t know that there was a live band every Friday and Saturday so we ended up shouting at each other to be heard over the music. We finished our meal (after the pizza finally appeared) but wanted to hang out longer …and this is why I rated 5 stars for service. One of the staff there set up a table for us outside, turned on the fans and told us we could sit there and chat for as long as we wanted. And this was AFTER we told him that we were not planning to order any more food. Now THAT’s service! Had a very frustrating dining experience.

Undercooked Food – The lamb rack was not cooked to your expectation, and instead of acknowledging the issue, the waiter dismissed it as "signature style." Poor Service Response – Instead of apologizing or offering a solution immediately, they put the burden on you by saying, "If you don’t want, we can take this back to recook." This comes across as indifferent rather than accommodating. Lack of Professionalism – A good restaurant should ensure customer satisfaction, not argue about how a dish is "supposed" to be served when a guest finds it...
